It's a great honor to me to have the opportunity for this interview.I would show the most authentic aspect of me to you and I hope I could make a good performance. In order to have a better communication with you,I will introduce myself briefly now.
My name is Y ang Tianpei. I am majoring Fire Safety Engineering at the Southwest Jiaotong University.I have been very happy, also very fulfilling in the past three years.Due to Fire Safety Engineering is a new profession, I know very little about it in the past. Now, I have had a systematic understanding on the profession.I think the Fire Safety Engineering is a interdisciplinary subject involving a very large area, and there are many problems need to be solved. With more understanding about it, I found I have liked the profession.I have built up a solid foundation of professional knowledge after three years studying in the Fire Science and Fire Safety Engineering. Especially I have built a strong interest in the field of building fire.
I am 22 years old now. I am from an ordinary peasant family which is not in a good condition.After some effort, I got a good chance to
enter Southwest Jiaotong University, which has been built for more than 100 years.All along, I have a multi-type personality and extensive interests.I have always been working hard to achieve my ambitions. Self-confidence and optimism are the greatest wealth in my life, and positive attitude towards life have bring me many benefits.Apart from studying, I like sports, reading, chatting and so on.I love the words" to do things you like, to do things you are good at". I will continue to work hard for my dreams.
I know the University of Science And T echnology of China is famous for the concept of elite education. The State Key Laboratory of Fire Science is China's top research institution in the field of fire where many students aspire to. In my own case, I will graduate in July next year after the completion of undergraduate study. I like not only the engineering practice but also science research and sincerely hope to continue my postgraduate study in the fire laboratory with the guidance and help of you!
