Today i saw a very shocking film ((Shawshank Redemption)), andy deeply by the strong conviction in the face of the cruel reality of the spirit is still harbor dreams, as well as superhuman intelligence and wisdom. Reid liked monologue of that sentence: "I had to remind myself that some birds can not be locked up in cages, and their feathers are too beautiful, and when they fly away, you will find them locked up is an appreciation evil. "Yes, that is andy. Sometimes reality is so cruel, bankers andy being wronged killed his wife and his lover. Had been tortured physically and mentally,Prison others were harassed and beaten, and even more painful in the wall's mental torture, as well as the tom know know the truth about the case can not reverse the verdict. But he is still so full of hope. . . . Workers in their fight for the beer, but also an opportunity to fight for their own ---- close to the governor to help him money. The last 20 years through the efforts of the hands of Reid with a buy from a small hammer to dig out of a prison outside the channel. So that it can not think of one. I think magic is more the spirit of andy appeal, he can always practice, he is encouraged by the people around, even for the time being that the spirit of freedom,As he put in the governor's Office of the plate to the music people listen to the same prison, and later released from prison so that the re-Reid to find a life of hope. . . There are even more amazing is the creative director ----- has escaped through a story has brought us so much inspiration and shock.

When I had finished watching the movie.I was excited and I wanted to watch it again. It’s great, ranging from the figures and details to the sprit the music conveyed to.’Hope is dangerous’ Red had ever said. But Andy has always owned it.He didn’t cry when he was thrown into prison through he was innocent. On contrary, he found ways to kill the long time in future and impossibility to escape. He helped the head of the prison do the illegal things in order to gain some freedom. He rebuilt the library and helped the others. All the prisoners liked him, for he helped them find hope again. Perhaps it was the time to go, in a lightening and thundering night, he escaped from the prison through the hole he had dug for twenty years . He was free eventually . I like Andy ,for his talent and his wise . And the most important is his spirit—never giving up.

I saw the film "the Shawshank Redemption” last time in my class, it completely blew me away and for days I couldn't stop talking about it. The Shawshank Redemption is one of the most popular movies of all time. The story was about the caring and smart banker Andy Dufresne, who is falsely accused and convicted of the murder of his wife. He is sent to Shawshank prison in the 1940’s, he meets many fellow prisoners, including Red, who becomes his important friend. During his time at Shawshank Andy’s way of life is changed, but he never looses his hope. It’s a powerful story of hope, friendship and freedom, made remarkable by the interaction between the two lead characters. Hope is the major force behind the lead character Andy, and Andy uses hope to change the other lead character Red. “Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever die." ---Red (Morgan Freeman).

In my opinion, it’s one of the best movies ever made. If I could recommend to you one movie you must see before you die it is this one. Let me show you why? Firstly, the characters in the film were all deep and showed a lot of human character and emotion, and the acting was also really good making every character seem real, both Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman do a fine job in terms of making their roles genuine and appealing, and also in the way they work so well together. Secondly, the songs are all entertaining and range from excitement to drama to great sadness, they are really beautiful! Thirdly, the film is also very well photographed.

Although there is violence in the film, it is necessary to show the kind of place the prison is certainly not gratuitous. The main theme is hope, not despair, and the violence serves only as a real. The key to the film's structure, I think, is that it's not about its hero, but about our relationship with him - our curiosity, our pity, our admiration. If Andy had been the heroic center, bravely enduring, the film would have been less mysterious. But we wonder about this guy. Did he really kill those two people? Why does he keep so much to himself? Why can he stay in the prison yard like a free man? Why people value "Shawshank" so much. May

be it plays more like a spiritual experience than a movie

To be honest, People like excitement at the movies. Films about "redemption" are approached with great care. A lot of people are not thrilled by the prospect of a great film. But there's an ego of hope, and when a film offers one, it's likely to have staying power even if it doesn't grab an audience.

Being a huge film fan myself, this is a film I enjoy from start to finish, this movie is beautiful and genius. It shows what prison life is like at the time which may not be innovative because obviously it has been done before, but it still is a movie that is lightened up by the superb actings of Tim Robbins (Andy Dufrane) and Morgan Freeman (Red). However, personally I think the ending was a bit sappy and didn't fit the movie while the whole movie was a work of art.

In sum, the Shawshank Redemption is really a wonderful film! I’ve been shown by Andy's example that I have to keep true to myself, not lose hope, bide your time, set a quiet example and look for your chance. "I guess it comes down to a simple choice, really," he tells Red. "Get busy living' or get busy dying'."

Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.(希望是美好的,也许是人间至善,而美好的事物永不消逝.)

我想起了《勇敢的心》中威廉 华莱士的经典台词:“ Fight and you may die, run and you'll live. At least a while. And dying in your beds many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take our freedom?!

Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.

Believe what you want. These walls are funny. First you hate them, then you get used to them. After long enough, you get so you depend on them.

The man's been here fifty years. This place is all he knows. In here, he's an important man, an educated man. A librarian. Out there, he's nothing but a used-up old con with arthritis in both hands. Couldn't even get a library card if he applied. You see what I'm saying?(“他已经在这儿55年了,他只知道这个地方。

He’s Nothing。

Andy was right. I finally got the joke. It would take a man about six hundred years to tunnel under the wall with one of these.

I have no idea to this day what them two Italian ladies were singing about. Truth is, I don‘t want to know. Some things are best left unsaid. I like to think they were singing about something so beautiful it can‘t be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it.

I tell you, those voices soared. Higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to ream. It was like some beautiful bird flapped into our drab little cage and made these walls dissolve away...and for the briefest of moments -- every last man at Shawshank felt free.

Some birds are not meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright.

在ANDY越狱出去以后他给RED留了一封信,他在里面说道:“Red, Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.

“We sat and drank with the sun on our shoulders, and felt like free men. We could'a been tarring the roof of one of our own houses. We were the Lords of all Creation.”... “You could argue he'd done it to curry favor with the guards. Or maybe make a few friends among us cons. Me, I think he did it just to feel normal again...if only for a short while.”
“I have no idea to this day what them two Italian ladies were singin' about. Truth is, I don't want to know. Some things are best left unsaid. I like to think they were singin' about something so beautiful it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it.”...“I tell you, those voices soared. Higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to dream. It was like some beautiful bird flapped into our drab little cage and made these walls dissolve away... and for the briefest of moments -- every last man at Shawshank felt free.”

“There are things in this world not carved out of gray stone. That there's a small place inside of us they can never lock away, and that place is called hope.”
“I killed her, Red.”... “I didn't pull the trigger. But I drove her away. That's why she died. Because of me, the way I am.” “I couldn't hack it on the outside. Been in here too long. I'm an institutional man now. Like old Brooks Hatlen was.”... “In here I'm the guy who can get it for you. Out there, all you need are Yellow Pages. I wouldn't know where to begin.” 然后andy用一个精辟 有力的句子,结束了两人的谈话:“Get busy living--or get busy dying.”
其后,norton自杀,“HIS JUDGMENT COMETH AND THAT RIGHT SOON.” 从在狱中: “Sometimes it makes me sad, though, Andy being gone. I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged, that's all. Their feathers are just too bright...”到最后他打开盒子,决定到 Zihuatanejo找他的朋友andy,说出内心最后的独白: “I find I am so excited I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head. I think it is the excitement only a free man can feel,

a free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain...”
