一、个性性目标
1.积极做好上通下下达，确保了准确、及时、无无误。
2.组织每天考勤、、卫生工作，确保了局环境清清洁。
3.搞好信息上报，，每月向市工业局上报信息22篇。
4.加强与市局办的的沟通联系，建立良好关系
5.严格遵守了“十不准””和局各项规章制度。
党务目标
在机关组织建设方面，办办公室内部和谐，没有发生任任何一起原则性纠纷，并且严严格按照“五好”党支部的标标准，积极创建班子建设。
精神文明建设
在精神文明建建设中，积极开展工作，努力力营造条件，主要是利用了周周二、周五两个学习日，采取取集中学习和自学两种方式，，认真探讨马克思主义中国化化的最新理论成果，学习《中中国共产党章程》、认真学习习十七大精神和“三个代表””重要思想、构建社会主义和和谐社会等重大战略思想。
党风廉政建设
重点学习了了邓小平、江泽民同志反腐倡倡廉理论，深入学
习胡锦涛同同志在中纪委七次全会上的重重要讲话及中央、省、市关于于加强作风建设的一系列文件件，坚持采取集中学习、个人人自学、专题辅导、讨论交流流、撰写理论文章和心得体会会等多种学习形式，真正做到到学出精神、学出新意、学出出氛围、学出成效。其中个人人自学时间不少于50学时，，集中学习时间不少于3天。。切实加强了对党风廉政的认认识程度。
办公室在计划生育方面没有一一起违反计生政策事件发生，，无治安案件、刑事案件和重重大被盗、火灾事件发生。
四、目标运行中存在的问题
前一阶段的工作虽然取得了了很大的成绩，但仍显露出一一些问题和不足，主要有：一一是工作缺乏主动性、预见性性；二是有时工作安排不太合合理，有顾此失彼现象；三是是信息上报不够及时，这些都都有待于我们在今后的工作中中改进和提高。
五、今后的的打算
今年剩余时间不多，，我们要积极适应新形势的要要求，紧紧围绕办公室业务工工作，以创新的精神完成好各各项工作。一是努力探索办公公室工作自身规律，提高办文文、办会、办事水平；二是提提高工作的时效性，增强工作作的主动性、积极性和创造性性。三是强化管理，进一步健健全工作机制，促进办公室工工作的规范化、科学化。
