概述
Summary
I. 湖北同方高科泵业有限公司是生产水环真空泵的专业厂家，2BW4型水环真空泵成套装置（机组）是我公司在引进德国西门子公司技术的基础上进一步改良而来，用于25MW、50MW、100MW、135 MW、200MW、300MW、600MW 和1000MW发电机组配套以及化工、卷烟等行业。抽吸容器中的气体以形成一定真空度，达到提高发电出力，增加蒸发效果以及干燥、吸附的目的。工作介质一般为不含固体颗粒的常温清水，其规格主要有2BW4 203、2BW4 253、2BW4 303、2BW4 353、2BW4 403几种类型的机组，机组制造及管路连接法兰采用德国DIN标准，以2BW4 203-0BK4为例说明型号及意义：
I. HUBEI TongFang HI-TECH PUMP CO.LTD is a corporation specializes in producing water cycle vacuum pump. The 2BW4 type water cycle vacuum pump complete set equipment is designed based on Germany Siemens technology with optimization. It is used in 25MW, 50MW, 100MW, 135 MW, 200MW, 300MW, 600MW and 1000MW generators power plant, and chemistry, tobacco industries. It can suck the air in the vessel and form the vacuum of a certain level in order to increase the generated power, improve the evaporation effect, drying and adsorption. The working mediator is usually normal temperature clean water and the types are 2BW4 203、2BW4 253、2BW4 303、2BW4 353、2BW4 403. The manufacture of the unit and the flange for connecting the pipes adopts the German DIN standard, here take the 2BW4 203-0BK4 for example to paraphrase the meaning:

接口说明：
Connection explanation:
1、汽体吸入口接汽轮机、凝汽背压出口处。
1、the air/water induction port connects the air/water turbine, the condensation back pressure exit.
2、进水口所进水源为凝结水,至低限度须将自来水软化，防止泵内结垢严重。

2BW4成套设备驱动有两种方式，即电机直联和电机减速机传动（当泵转速
与电机不一致时），成套图中还有减速机，流程图（图VII）中的10即为减速机。N5.2、N6.2分别为减速机冷却水进口，公称直径为Rp1/2，压力为2-6bar。
The 2BW4 complete set of equipment is driven in two ways, namely the electrical motor straight connection and with decelerator connection (when the pump and motor speed are different). The set pictures includes decelerator, (10 in procedure picture (picture 7) ). N5.2 and N6.2 are the cooling water input of the decelerator, the diameter is Rp 1/2 and the pressure is 2-6 bar.
水环泵的轴封采用填料供水方式。
The water cycle pump's axis seal adopts the stuffing water supply method.
止回阀的作用是防止泵作为系统备用在停运时水泄漏到凝汽器中。
Check valve's function is preventing the pump from becoming the system backup, this will lead to water leakage to the air/water condenser during the system shut down.
在高真空下运行的机组还装有汽蚀保护装置，该装置连接在排气管和水环泵的两分配器上。
The unit which works under high level vacuum is equipped with the gas erosion protective device, this equipment is connected with the exhaust pipe and two dividers of the water cycle pump.
系统控制阀16a由压差开关47b控制，功能说明详见电气部分中电气控制说明，压力开关47功能说明详见电气控制说明。
System control valve 16a is controlled by the differential pressure switch 47b. The function explanation is in the electrical part. The pressure switch 47 function
explanation is also in the electrical part.
热交换器的功能主要是将泵的工作液冷却，冷却液压力一股为2-6bar，流量如下表：
Heat exchanger's function is cooling the pump's working liquid, cooling liquid’s hydraulic pressure is 2-6bar, the current capacity is in the following table: 热交换器冷却液流量表

汽水分离器的水位由连接在其上的补水电磁阀（22a）和输出器（22b）共同控制，22a与22b自动调节水位，当水位超过△max时，22b将水排至总排水管6中，当水位低于4min，22a自动向汽水分离器中供水，供水压力＜10bar，一般为2-6bar，流量≤1/ m3/h。
Air and water separator's water level is controlled by the water supply magnet valve (22a) and the output device(22b) together, 22a and the 22b automatically adjust the water level, when the water level surpasses △max, 22b exhaust water to the main exhaust pipe 6, when the water level is lower than 4min, 22a will supply water automatically to the air/water separator. Water supply pressure <10bar, usually is 2-6bar, current capacity ≤1/m3/h.

工艺流程见工艺流程图（图Ⅶ）整个流程分为两个部分：
The technical process is in the flow chart (the chartⅦ), the entire procedure divides into two parts:
A、气体流程，b、液体（水）流程
A、gas flow, b、liquid (water) flow
A、气体流程：系统接通电源后，泵开始运行，当抽至系统控制阀16a两端压差达到30mbr时，47b动作，使16a打开，气体经过进气管16进入真空泵中，压缩后从排气管17排至汽水分离器中，经汽水分离器后从止回阀18c排出，完成气体抽吸过程。
A、Gas flow: After system connects the power and the pump starts to work, when differential pressure between the system control valve 16a reaches 30mbr, 47b begins to work and make the 16a open. The gas enters the vacuum pump through input pipe 16 and is compressed and exhausted to the air/water separator the pipe 17
B、液体流程：工作液从N3.3入口流经补水电磁阀22a或旁通管路经24b 流入汽水分离器中后，经液流管道到热交换器中冷却，冷却后的水送到水环泵内，部分水经喷射管28a送到气体进口进入泵中，泵在运转过程中随气体进出带走部分工作液，从排气管17排至汽水分离器中，再经冷却送入泵内，如此形成一个封闭的循环系统；如果汽水分离器中的水位在循环过程中超过△max或低于△min则由22a和22b自动控制（前面结构说明部分已讲）。
B、Liquid flow: The working liquid goes through N3.3 input and via water supply magnet valve 22a or via side pipe and 24b to the air/water separator, then through pipe to the heat exchanger and cools down. The cooled water is sent to water cycle pump and part of water is sent to the pump by ejection pipe 28a.The pump
brings out some working water with the air coming in and out, this water goes through exhaust pipe 17 to the air/water separator and then cooled and then sent to the pump again, so forms a close cycle system. If the water level in the air/water separator goes beyond △max or △min, the 22a and 22b will automatically control(as articulated in the structure part)

（1）2BW4-OBK4（OEK4）水环真空泵装置电气说明：
（1）2BW4-OBK4 (OEK4) the water cycle vacuum pump-unit electricity explanation:
本电控制箱采用220v50H z单相交流电源，设有S1选择开关可手动、自动、遥控选择和B1压力开关，B2压差开关。
This electricity control box uses the 220v50Hz single phase AC power source, it is equipped with the S1 selection switch which can be manual, automatic and remote controlled. And the B1 pressure switch, B2 differential pressure switch.
本机组16a采用220v、666v电动蝶阀或气动蝶阀。
This unit 16a uses 220v, 666v electrically operated butterfly valve or air operated butterfly valve.
当手动按下开车按钮S3时，辅助接触器K3、K4得电并且保持，机组开始运行。
当B2（27b）前后压差达到30mbar（相对值：用户根据需要可自行调整）。左右时，B2[47b]的触点接通并自保，电磁阀Y3得电，使系统进气阀[16a]打开，此时从闭路抽空设备中抽出空气，（该阀只有在本装置开时能可能重新关闭）按下S2停止钮时，机组便停止运行。
When manually press down the start button S3, the auxiliary contact device K3, K4 get electricity and maintains. The unit starts to operate. When the differential pressure of B2 (27b) achieves 30mbar (the relative value: The user can adjust according to need). The B2[47b] electronic contact point connects and protects itself, and magnet valve Y3 get the electricity, causes system air input valve [16a] to open, this time air is extracted from the close circuit equipment, (this valve can be closed again only when this device is turned on) press down S2 stops button, the unit then stops the movement.
请注意：压差开关B2[47b]在出厂时已整定好。
Please note: Differential pressure switch B2[47b] is adjusted well when come out of the factory.
压力开关B1[47]是为启动备用泵或自动而设置的，请用户自整定。
Pressure switch B1[47] is set to start the backup pump or automatic, the users can adjust it by themselves.
限位开关SQ是由系统进气阀控制的，其触点可作为[16 a]的开关位置指示信号，SQ1为开阀信号，SQ2为闭阀信号。
Limit switch SQ is controlled by the system air input valve, its electronic contact point can be used as indication signal for [16 a] ‘s switch position, SQ1 is the valve
opening signal, SQ2 is the valve shutting down signal.
电气控制原理图中点划线之上外供（SUPPLYBYOTHERS）部分用户自备，不属本厂成套之列。
The user prepares the supplied- by- others part by themselves, which is indicated in the electrical control principle drawing.
电气控制箱底部（B-B）面的3个直径28毫米的孔为橡胶封口孔，给用户引出线用。
The 3 28mm-diameter holes on the bottom surface of the electric control box(B-B) are rubber sealed holes for the users to find thread out.
S4是应用户要求提供的紧急按钮，由用户自行安排。
S4 is the emergency button which is provided according to the user’s request, and the users can arrange it by themselves.
LD为本控制箱的电源指示灯。
LD is the power light of this control box.

三、机组安装
III. The Unit Installation
机组按所提供的基础安装尺寸进行安装(随机组附相应总装图)，吊装时必须使用焊接在底座侧面的四个吊装孔进行吊装，在机组起吊和放下过程中应避免快速移动，机组重量很大(见表4)，安装基础必须牢固，基础表面应十分平坦,允许差土lmm，地脚螺栓的固定采用二次灌浆，因此在安装基础上要预留适当的凹槽和孔眼，二次灌浆前可用垫铁调整机组的水平，其水平用水准仪检查底座六点，允差2/1000mm。
The set should be installed according to the general installment drawing provided with
the set. During hanging installment, it must be hung with the 4 hanging holes in the side of the pedestal. Fast movement should be avoided during slinging and putting down. The set is heavy (see table 4) so the installment must be fixed and the base must be flat, 1mm difference is allowed. The twice grouting method is used to fix up the ground bolt. So the suitable grooves and holes should be prepared. Iron pad can be used to adjust the horizontal level of the set before the twice grouting. The water level should be used to check 6 points of the pedestal and 2/1000mm error can be allowed.
机组在运输安装过程中可能会造成螺栓松动和相对位移，放机组落位固定后,要重新进行校正，联轴器之间应同心。任何方位偏差≤0.1mm，调整完毕后，再将泵和电机的地脚螺栓拧紧并检查所有联接螺栓是否有松动现象，所有管路不允许有泄漏现象。
During transportation and installation the bolt may loosen and move so readjustment must be conducted after the set is put on the ground. The coupling must be concentric with it. Deviation towards any direction must ≤0.1mm. After adjustment, fasten the ground bolts of pump and motor and check all the connection bolts if there is any loosen one. All pipes must have no leakage.
各种管道与机组联接时应将管道支撑或悬挂起来，机组上不允许承受任何附加力，在机组进行安装和焊接作业时，应在敞口处加盖，以防止杂物进入泵内，造成泵内零件损坏。
All the pipelines should be hung or braced when they are being connected to the set, no strength can be exerted to the set. During the installation and welding, the open mouth must be covered in order to prevent something fall into and damage the pump.

四、运行
IV. Running
1、准备工作
为了保证管道和安装工作完全符合要求，开车前应按流程图和安装图进行全面检查，在确认安装无误后，用手或适当的工具把泵轴转动几次，观察有无碰撞与磨擦等异常现象，为了防止运行中异物进入泵内，
1、Preparatory work
In order to guarantee that the pipeline and the installment work meets the requirement completely, before start the pump, the overall check according to the flow chart and the installation diagram must be carried out, after confirming the installment is no problem, rotates the pump spindle with the hand or the suitable tool for several times and watch whether there is abnormal phenomenon such as collide or friction and so on.
在试运行前最好在泵的入口处加装空气过滤装置。松开填料压盖，打开分离器上的排气管(N2．2)，此时进气管上环形断流阀16a应全关或微开，热交换器上冷却水管打开，检查各阀门仪表及电器是否正常，检查泵的轴承位是否有足够的润滑油量，检查减速机冷却水管是否接好。拆掉联轴器上的柱销，点动电机，观察电机转向与泵规定的转向是否一致，确认一致后，重新装上柱销，安装精度见机组安装。
Air filter device should be installed in the pump entrance in order to prevent the foreign matter from entering the pump during operation. Open the lid of stuffing and open the air exhaustion pipes (N2.2) of the separator, now the ring shape shutoff valve 16a should be total open or open a little. Open the cooling water pipe of the heat exchanger and check the valve meters and electrics, check if there enough lubricant oil in the bearing of the pump, check whether the cooling water pipe of the decelerator is well connected. Take apart the pin of coupling and start the motor, watch whether the motor’s rotary direction is in line with the regulated pump’s rotary direction. If it is, then mount the pin again. The accuracy of installment sees the set installment part.
2、机组注水
机组注水前，先打开泵排水管道，用水冲洗直到防锈液冲洗清洁后，恢复原状，进行机组注水、打开补水电磁阀前的阀门，汽水分离器开始注水，水通过连接管道使
真空泵的水位不断增加，为加快注水速度，可同时打开旁通阀24b当水位上升到水泵侧盖上自动排水阀自动排水时，关闭旁通阀，稳定5min，检查液面有无变化，检查管路是否畅通,有无漏水现象，如一切正常，即说明注水己达启动要求。
2、Unit water injection
Open the pump water discharge pipe and flush the antirust liquid is cleaned and then recovers the original status before unit water injection begins. Then open the valve before the water supply magnet valve and air/water separator and begins injecting water. The water level in the vacuum pump increases, if you want to increase the speed, open the by-pass valve 24b. When water level reaches the automatic water discharging valve and it begins to work, then close the by-pass valve and keep it for 5min. Check if there is any change in the liquid surface and check if the pipe is unblocked and whether any leakage, if everything is good, it shows that water injection meets the requirement for starting.
3、启动
按动电器控制箱上的启动按钮，机组即投入运行，机组启动后打开环形断流阀16a(或自动)真空装置即为系统工作，机组运行中应检查真空泵填料压盖的松紧情况,填料函允许有少量液体泄漏以不形成流线为标准。
注意观察轴承体位的温度，最高温升不得超过50℃，实测温度不超过75℃。
注意观察电动机电流是否正常，仪表数据是否正常，分离器水位是否稳定，机组振动是否过大。
3、Start
Press the start button in the control box and the unit starts to work. After the start, open the ring shape shutoff valve 16a(or automatically) and the system begins to work. During running the status of the vacuum pump stuffing lid should be checked. It allows a little amount liquid leakage in the stuffing room but should not be water line.
Pay attention to the temperature of the bearing, max incensement <50℃and the temperature must <75℃
Pay attention to the motor’s power current, the meters’data, the water level of the separator and the vibration of the unit.
4、停机
按动电器控制箱上停机按钮，水环泵停止转动，关闭吸入管上的环形断流
阀16a(或自动)，关掉补水电磁阀前的补充水阀门，热交换器冷却水阀门，停机后系统内多余的水由自动排水阀排掉，如果泵停机较长时间(三个月或三个月以上)则打开真空泵汽水分离器热交换器等部件底部的放水螺塞，放掉其中多余的水，必要时作防锈处理。
4、Engine off
Press the stop button in the electric appliance control box and the water cycle pump stops the rotation. Close the ring shape shutoff valve 16a (or automatically) of the input pipe and the cooling water valve of the heat exchanger. The surplus water of the system will be discharged by auto discharging valve after the system stops. If the pump need to stop for a long time (3 months or longer) then open the water discharging bolt in the bottom of the pump, air/water separator and heat exchanger to discharge the surplus water. Conduct antirust treatment if necessary
