关于全国大学英语四级考试成绩
进行百分制折算办法的说明

根据《全国大学英语四、六级考试改革方案（试行）》，自2005年6月起，四、六级考试成绩将采用满分为710分的计分制，不设及格线。但由于目前我校学籍管理文件中规定各门考试成绩均以百分制进行管理。因此，为严格成绩管理和学籍处理，经学校研究决定，改革后的大学英语四级考试成绩按百分制折算，记入学生成绩单。现将折算办法说明如下：
1、由于每学期国家大学英语四级考试难易度可能不同，根据全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会的意见，学校确定报考六级的分数线，该分数线即为百分制中的60分，710分为百分制中的100分。折算后的百分制分数为小数点后一位进行四舍五入。具体折算公式如下：
折算成绩=原始成绩*折算系数折算系数=40/(710-六级报考分数线)
2、2005年6月份国家大学英语四级考试成绩中学校确定可以报考六级的分数线为425分，该分数即为百分制中的60分，710分为百分制中的100分。按上述公式可以折算出6月份国家大学英语四级考试成绩的折算系数。
6月份国家大学英语四级考试成绩的折算系数=40/(710-425)

以552分为例，折算成绩=552*≈=77

Calculate for a moment what could be done with even a part of those hours. Five thousand hours, I am told, are what a typical college undergraduate spends working on a bachelor's degree. In 10,000 hours you could have learned enough to become an astronomer or engineer. You could have learned several languages fluently.
