摘要

职业倦怠是指个体在工作压力下产生的身心疲惫与耗竭的状态,是个体不能应对工作压力时的一种极端反应,教师是产生职业倦怠的高发群体。幼儿教育是一切教育的基础,幼儿教师的身心状态近年来受到了公众的高度关注,所以,对于幼儿教师职业倦怠的近况的研究显得尤为重要。

本研究选择了南京市70位幼儿教师进行问卷调查,选择了不同幼儿园,不同年龄,教龄的3位教师进行访谈,从情绪衰竭、去人性化和个人成就感降低三个维度对幼儿教师职业倦怠的现状及成因进行了研究,针对研究结果,提出一些缓解方法。

研究结果表明:1.幼儿教师职业倦怠现象较重,其中个人成就感降低显著;2.随着教龄和年龄的增长,个人成就感降低严重;3.教研任务多,家长给予的压力,保教结合的特殊工作职责,待遇问题是造成幼儿教师职业倦怠的主要原因;根据研究成果,本次研究建议:1.提高幼儿教师社会经济地位;2.实施人性化制度;3.教师自身积极调整心态。

ABSTRACT

Job burnout refers to the physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion in the work under the weight of the individual state, is an extreme response to the working pressure of the individual can. The job burnout is mainly manifested as emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and reduced personal accomplishment of teachers. Because of its special occupation, teacher is a high-risk group of occupation burnout. Preschool education is the foundation of all education, preschool teachers' physical and mental state has been highly concerned by the public in recent years, therefore, it is particularly important to study present situation of preschool teachers' occupation burnout.

This study selected Nanjing City, conducted a questionnaire survey of 5 kindergartens and 70 teachers, and choose different kindergarten, 3 teachers of different age, seniority of interviews.From the emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and personal accomplishment were studied to reduce the present situation and causes of three dimensions of the kindergarten teachers' occupation burnout, and then the research results on the proposed method to relieve the teachers occupation burnout.

The results show that: 1.early childhood teachers have more serious phenomenon of job burnout,which highlights the phenomenon of reduced personal accomplishment; 2.along with the teaching experience and the growth of the age ,personal accomplishment to reduce seriously;

3.more tasks, the parents give pressure, specific job responsibilities and the treatment is the main cause of preschool teachers' occupation burnout. According to the research results, from the society, kindergarten, the teacher individual three aspects put forward reasonable suggestions to ease the kindergarten teachers' job burnout.
