摘要:企业科学有效的管理是企业发展和创新的重要因素。现如今伴随着国际市场经济的不断提高和发展,我国企业在发展中不断的创新和变革。怎样提高企业管理创新的能力,如何推进企业的发展,是目前企业发展的重要问题。这篇文章就从多方面对怎样进行企业管理创新进行了分析,对企业管理提供一份科学的理论依据,为企业管理创新做出一份贡献。

1 overview of enterprise management innovation

There is no clear overview of business management innovation in the world. However, there are different opinions about the management innovation of enterprises, but these statements have similar core content after all. The author believes that the enterprise management innovation is based on the existing enterprise management methods and management model, management process, based on constant innovation

and reform. Or it has improved the organizational structure of the past. This improvement has constantly changed the management of past enterprises. On the whole, the management innovation of enterprise can change the method of doing business leaders effectively.

1 企业管理创新概述

世界上关于企业管理创新并没有明确的概述。然而各方对于企业管理创新虽然有着不同的说法,可是这些说法终究有着相似的核心内容。笔者认为,企业管理创新是在原有企业管理方式以及管理模式、管理过程的基础上进行不断的创新和改革。或者是对以往的企业组织构造进行了改进。这种改进不断的改变以往企业的管理方法。总的来说,企业的管理创新能够有效的改变企业领导人员的做事方法。

济的发展也到了一个关键的转型期,而且我国企业管理自身存在着一定的问题,这一切都对企业提出了新的要求——创新。推行企业管理创新不仅对企业自身发展意义重大,而且有利于科技进步与创新,更有助于我国生产力的进一步发展。总之,新的管理要素融入到企业管理中,能够增强企业的活力和核心竞争力,扩大市场影响力。总之,新时期,企业加强管理创新非常有必要:

In this article we examine the second of these tasks and discuss how corporate performance should be modeled and managed. We begin by considering the environment in which a company operates, which includes, besides outside stakeholders, the industry it belongs and the market it supplies, and then proceed to explain how the functioning of a company can be understood by an examination of its business, operational and performance management models. Next we describe the structure recommended by the authors for a corporate planning, control and evaluation system, the most important part of a corporate performance management system. The core component of the planning system is the corporate performance evaluation model, the structure of which is mapped into the planning system’s database, simulation models and budgeting tools’ structures, and also used to shape information contained in the system’s products, besides being the nucleus of the language used by the system’s agents to talk about corporate performance. The ontology of planning, the guiding principles of corporate planning and the history of ”MADE”, the corporate performance management system discussed in this article, are reviewed next, before we proceed to discuss in detail the structural components of the corporate planning and control system introduced before.
