英语学习总结演讲稿 “英语难，难于上青天”，“最令我们头疼的就是学英语”平常交谈中，我们常能听到许多类似的感慨。学英语真的很难吗?我认为：英语学习并非难事，关键在于要用心去学。首先，要舍得投入精力和时间，要有恒心。许多人学习英语时想寻求捷径，我认为这也未尝不可，但必须以坚实的基础为前提。付出总与收获成正比，持之以恒，英语水平就有了相应的提高。其次，掌握一定的词汇量。如果你目前没有掌握一定的词汇量，那么，你一定要学会如何掌握词汇量的方法。英语学习中，单词的记忆是困扰许多人的一个难题。记单词的确不是一件容易的事情，但若方法得当，效果就会好得多。我认为，大家倘能真正做到以下三点，掌握的词汇量一定会不断增多： 1、调整情绪。有的人想学，但却“怕”字当头，这与科学的学习方法相悖。心理学家认为：“当一个人感到极度兴奋时，学习的效果就极佳。它可使我们的思维变得敏捷、活跃，注意力集中。”所以在记忆单词前应首先调整好自己的情绪，使自己拥有一种学习单词的热情和牢记它们的决心，努力使自己处于学习的最佳状态。 2、运用记忆法记单词。现在有许多记忆单词的方法，如词缀词根记忆法、同义词和近义词记忆法，分割联想记忆法，词源记忆法等。我运用最多的是结合记忆法和词缀词根记忆法。 3、巩固和强化。单词在初次学习后，应及时地复习、巩固，以免在短时间内遗忘。还有一些方法比如收听英语节目、看英文原版录像都是效果不错的方法。即经常有意识地用英语交流。英语考试中阅读
理解题所占考分大，耗时多，但如果平时能做到多读，则有助于提高阅读能力。阅读要快读，以提高阅读速度，增加和扩大英语感性认识。 2 转眼间，我已上岗一个学期了。在这短短的几个月时光中，我深深的体会到了这份工作的纯真与美好。作为“孩子王”，与孩子在一起的氛围是任何现代装饰手段都无法营造。望着那一张张天真可爱的笑脸，一切的烦恼与忧愁刹那间消退，生活的诗画便在眼前飞扬，使心田灿烂，温馨甜美……我觉得小学教师是一个纯真和美好的职业。有人形容小学教师看起来永远都是那么的年轻和充满朝气。这种形容不无道理。当你面对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时，当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时，每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更叫喜欢这个职业，让我觉得这份职业如此纯真美好 可喜的是经过半年的学习、积累、探索，我在英语教学上日趋成熟，逐渐收放自如，总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出： 一、激发兴趣，维持激-情。
