摘要
近年来，随着我国国民经济的发展，物流行业的竞争日益激烈。仓库作为连接生产者和消费者的纽带，是物流系统的一个中心环节，是物流网络的节点。高效合理的仓储可以帮助企业提高物资流动运转的效率，降低成本都市生活，实现对资源的有效控制和管理。
本文以浙江中道物流有限公司仓库管理为研究对象，通过分析该公司仓库管理现状，认为该公司仓库设施设备落后；在库保管操作不规范；车辆到位不及时，装柜时间集中；制度缺位，监管缺失；仓库工作人员缺乏专业素养。在上述分析基础上，本文提出了相应的解决对策，如改善仓库设施；规范在库保管工作；建立长短期装卸队供应商；规范监督管理，杜绝小费现象；严格规范仓库操作等。关键词：浙江中道物流；仓库管理存在的问题；对策
ABSTRACT
In recent years, as China's national economic development, the logistics industry is in an increasingly competitive. Warehouse, as a link between producers and consumers, is a key link in the logistics system and a node in the logistics net. Efficient and reasonable storage can help enterprises to improve the material flow of operation efficiency and reduce the cost of resources, the effective control and management.
The research object of this paper is based on the analysis of the current warehouse management and the problems of Zhenjiang Flouent way logistics.By anlyzing the current situation of company warehouse management, thinks the company warehouse facilities fall behind ; In the library takes care of the operation is not standard; Vehicles in place, not in time the contain er time concentration; System, the lack of regulation; Warehouse staff lack of professionalism. On the basis of above analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as i mprove warehouse facilities; Specification in library custody work; Establish short and long Zhua ngXieDui suppliers; Regulating the supervision and management, put an end to tipping phenomen on; Strictly regulate the warehouse operation, etc.

绪论
随着国际贸易、运输方式的发展，国际货运代理已渗透到国际贸易的每一领域，为国际贸易中不可缺少的重要组成部分。市场经济的迅速发展，使社会分工越加趋于明确，单一的贸易经营者或者单一的运输经营者都没有足够的力量亲自经营处理每项具体业务，他们需要委托代理人为其办理一系列商务手续，从而实现各自的目的。
仓库管理是整个供应链的核心位置，更是企业物流各个环节的交叉点，衔接采购与生产，生产与销售以及批发与零售等重要环节，所以一个企业仓库管理的如何影响着企业的货物流通速度，而货物流通速度又决定着资金的回收速度。
本文以浙江中道物流有限公司的仓库管理为研究对象，对其仓库管理存在问题的进行详细的分析，最后结合实际提出解决措施，为往后公司的发展提供参考。
