Doctors at Ruijin Hospital saved a young woman whose burns covered 100 percent of the body with third degreed burns over 94 percent. The patient , who was a lab assistant at a Shanghai factory, got burnt in an accident.
For a patient with burns over so large an area, the most difficult problem is skin-grafting ( 表皮移植) which , however, was successfully done in a period of three weeks, each time over a part of the body.

Let me tell you something about the basic courses in American high school. In American high school, most students take English, science ,maths and history. These are called basic courses and each of them is as useful as the others are.
In English class, the American students study grammar and read famous literature ( 文学作品). In science class, they study biology, chemistry or physics and so on. History is more interesting to some students because they learn about important and significant ( 有意义的) events and places in the United States of America in history.

对于笔试，感觉比较大的是哲学占的比例比较大，由于通知的比较急，我只有一天的时间看书，比较遗憾的是我白天还要在公司开会，所以只有一晚上的时间看书。我在网上看来几份事业单位考试的试题，找了一下感觉第二天就参加考试了。总的说来，考试题目都不是太难，只要你见过肯定能作答，当时我考研究生的时候复习哲学、邓论，毛概之类的都用上了。题的范围很广，复习起来确实有难道。最后我得了63分（200多人我排名第15，成功进入面试。） 对于面试，我的感触颇深。在网上找了些题看。从这些题中我领悟了一些道理： 1.社会出现的问题很多是现代化的产物，如堵车之类的，所以首先一定要肯定国家的发展和社会的进步； 2.问题都是可以想办法解决的，要积极面对，不能消极等待；对于一些问题，如群众事件，民意不能完全打压，一定要“疏”，而不是“堵“； 3.领导一定是对的，要拥护领导和组织的决定；当领导误会时，要及时沟通，不能消极或者抵触情绪（面试的时候我作为单独的一条提出来） 4.当领导或组织的决定有错误时，一定要耐心沟通，不仅是正式场 合的沟通，有时候下班路上等形式的沟通更有效（这句话我在面试的时候说过，有考官点头肯定）； 5.用发展的眼光来解决问题，现在的问题是暂时的，一定会有办法解决。
