电商专业学生就业前景 近年来，随着全球电子商务高速增长，我国电子商务也急剧发展，使得电子商务人才严重短缺，由于互联网用户正以每年100%的速度递增，该行业的人才缺口相当惊人，预计我国在未来10年大约需要200万名电子商务专业人才，从社会调查实践来看，绝大多数企业(多为中小企业)已陆续步入电子商务行列，采用传统经济与网络经济结合的方式生产经营。根据这个现象，可以知道中小企业步入电子商务行列急需电子商务人才，所以电子商务就业前景是有希望的，国家政策正在大力支持电子商务的发展，商务部已经对电子商务给予极大重视。 据统计，我国登记在册的电子商务企业已达到1000多万家，其中大中型企业就有10万多家，初步估计，未来我国对电子商务人才的需求每年约20万人，而我国目前包括高校和各类培训机构每年输出的人才数量不到10万人。人才总量不足已成为制约我国电子商务发展的瓶颈。随着电子商务的快速发展，这些毕业生在进入人才市场时本应抢手，但事实并非如此，近年来电子商务专业应届毕业生就业率仅为20%，而全国普通高校毕业生就业鉴约率是47%，可见，电子商务专业应届毕业生就业率远远低于全国大学生就业平均水平，这种状况不容乐观。造成这种局面的根本原因在于高校在电子商务人才的教育和培养方面还存在欠缺，在这种情形下培养出的学生很难符合社会对高层次电子商务人才的需求标准。 主要面临的问题有： 第一、课程开设不合理，现阶段我国电子商务专业教师大多是由经济与计算机专业方向的人才组成的。专业课程设置方面是经济与计算机专业知识的一个简单堆积。该怎样有机的把电子商务课程组织好？学校该如何做好与社会的对接？是当前电子商务教育行业应该反思的一个问题。
