近年来，社会经济的快速发展为我们带来众多压力和挑战。联合国专家曾预言：从21世纪开始，
心理问题将是困扰人们发展和造成多方面问题的
罪魁祸首［1］。大学相当于半个社会，对于大学生们
各方面的压力也随之而来，继而引发各种不同程度
的心理健康问题，心理教育和心理咨询的重要性日
益凸现。2003年卫生部的调查统计显示，我国大
学生中16.0%~25.4%的学生存在不同程度的心理
障碍［2］。针对大学生的心理特点，围绕大学生常见
的心理问题，结合心理咨询领域的专业知识和成功
经验，利用人工智能、计算机网络等技术，构建心理
咨询专家系统具有重要的现实意义。
2系统总体框架设计本文设计的心理咨询专家系统模型包括五个功能模块，分别是心理知识模块、心理测评模块、心理咨询模块、用户管理模块和知识库管理模块。系统总体结构如图1所示。图1心理咨询专家系统总体结构图心理咨询专家系统推理模型设计

大庆163318）摘要论文利用人工智能技术构建大学生心理咨询专家系统，对心理咨询专家系统的知识表达和推理过程进行研究。首先，阐述了大学生心理咨询专家系统总体结构框架的设计；其次，构建知识库，提出由规则衍生知识的设计思想，建立知识与规则的继承关系，设计基于多级框架的知识表达结构；最后，采用论据累计的贝叶斯方法和确信因子方法，实现模式的不确定性推理。
