浅析绿色建筑节能设计在住宅的应用

摘要：随着市场经济的快速发展，科学技术的不断革新。绿色建筑节能设计在住宅建筑中得到了广泛的应用。绿色节能设计不仅为住宅小区创造了一个健康舒适的环境，还为保护环境和生态平衡，节能减排做出了巨大的贡献，是实现人与自然与建筑和谐发展的有效手段。文章中笔者结合多年的设计经验对墙体保温技术以及新能源、新技术在住宅以及办公及公共设施设计中的应用进行了简要的介绍。

前言：绿色节能技术在住宅小区设计过程中是一项经济型、政策性和技术性很强的工作，在设计过程中应从建筑全过程进行考虑，包括对设计、施工、建筑材料等多方面的内容。在采用绿色节能技术进行住宅小区的设计过程中，应遵循因地制宜的设计原则，来进行住宅小区的平面设计，并体现出平面设计的多样性。随着人们环保意识的不断增强，建筑节能标准的不断完善以及国家政策法规对环境的控制，绿色节能建筑设计在建筑领域中收到了追捧和青睐，得到了迅猛的发展。
