TM300自动调色机的使用方法在介绍中,我们主要了解了调色系统的其他方面的知识。
如何进行自动调色机硬件及软件方面的操作,将在这里我们做详细说明。
自动调色机是一种根据已有的配方(Formula )进行准确加入色浆的计量设备。
1.外观机器名称:TM3002.在开机前,请将自动调色机电源正确连接。
3.首先开启自动调色机总电源,拉出正前方调色机电源。
再打开电脑。
4.打开电脑开关,且打开显示器,等待约1分钟,你就进入了进入Windows 界面。
当你双击桌面上Pris maPro 图标,启动Pris maPro 时,电脑屏幕会出现如下图所示的Pris maPro 注册窗口,我们营业员使用“OPERATOR L2”用户名,口令为“NPCCM ”。
输入口令,点击“注册”后,我们就会进入PRISMAPRO的“选择配方”界面:该界面其实就是我们常用的调色截面,标签在选择配方窗口中,有以下4个标签,点击标签可以打开对应的页面。
查询窗口在标准,旧,历史标签中,都有一个查询窗口,查询窗口包括输入区域,以便你可以输入必要的信息查找配方,还包括一个按钮,用来清除输入区域的内容。
以下我们分别来介绍四个标签的功能:1 标准标签在“MANUFA CTURER”栏的下拉菜单中我们可以选择产品系列名称,如是水性内墙,水性外墙,油性漆等。
在产品中我们可以选择所调色的产品名称,如五合一,哑光内墙等。
颜色代码和颜色名称是相同的含义,只要选择颜色代码,颜色名称会自动跳出来。
我们选好产品和色号后,点击右下角的“下一步”,可以看到如下“调色”界面:在“调色”中有以下信息:在漆罐上显示了调色所用基础漆的名称,在其上方有对应包装的调色配方。
条线代码是我们漆罐上条形码的数字,你可以按其数字输入。
罐的尺寸是你需要调色的包装大小,如果没有选择,色浆的添加量将会是1L包装的配方量。
在输入以上必要的信息后,你就可以点击“调色”功能块,出现如下界面:调色机将逐个地加入配方中的色浆,每加好一个色浆在右上角的“色浆已加入”框中显示加入的色浆量,完成配方添加后,屏幕显示“请拿走包装罐”,取走漆罐后该提示消失。
