RECEIVING
The Washer is to be handled using reasonable care and stored in a protected area. The Washer should be carefully checked for damage in shipment. INSTALLATION
The Washer must be installed so that the discharge weir is level. The machine is then bolted or welded to supports so that its position is maintained.
Drain and flush every 6 months or 2500 operational hours
C.Type of oil recommended:
(For temperature = 15° to 50°F) Texaco Regal R&O 100 (or equal)
(For temperature = 50° to 125°F) Texaco Regal R&O 150 (or
equal)
Initial fill is Texaco Regal R&O 100
Grease Requirements
A. Fittings
Type: Straight leak-proof hydraulic
Size: 1/8" diameter threaded
Quantity: Eight (8)
B. Lubrication interval & amount: 3 ounces every 10 weeks
C. Type of grease: Multi-purpose
