开放教育是随着现代信息技术的发展而产生的一种新型教育形式,是构筑知识经济时代人们终身学习体系的主要手段,是相对于封闭教育而言的,它具有以下几个特征:以学生和学习为在红心,而不是教师,学校和教学为中心;采用各种教和学的方法手段,取消和突破种种对学习的限制和障碍。虽然刚开始学习的时候还不能完全适应这种新型的教学模式,但是它的好处确是有目共睹的。比如开放教育对课程选择和媒体使用有一定的自主权,在学习方式、学习进度、时间和地点等方面也可由学生根据需要决定;在教学上采用多媒体教材和现代信息技术手段等。 开放教育最显著的特点是以自主学习为主,面授辅导为辅,这一特点体现了面授只是起到一个辅导作用,充分锻炼了学生的自主能力,还可以借助一些现代化的手段进行学习。下面我谈一谈我的自主学习计划: 第一,我先了解所选的专业的教学计划,需要修读的课程,其中,由中央电大统设的必修科为10门左右,限选科不超过3门,这些课程是我必读的,我还要完成教学计划规定的集中实践环节。此外省级电大开设的必修课我也必须修读。以上这些课程的学分加起来通常答不到最低的毕业学分,我因该从实施性教学计划中选修一些你感兴趣的课程,也可以选修若干中央电大和省级电大开设的公共选修课,专业选修课或跨学科的选修课。 因为我的饿学习时间比较充裕,对所要选读的课程也比较有信心,所以我给我自己确定的目标是每学期要修3到4门课程,这样我才可以在规定的时间内或提前毕业,开放教育的课程每学期都要滚动开设,并提供教学和考试服务,所以有一些比较难的课程,我要考虑延长修度的时间。 第二,制定个人的学习计划,在制定个人学习计划的时候,我注意听取指导教师的意见,指导教师比我更熟悉课程及其前修后续的关系,可以在选课的时间安排上给我提供指导,使我的个人学习计划更加合理。 处理好工学矛盾,因为我有固定的工作,业余时间是十分有限的。所以我要利用好这段时间来进行学习,我试着把一周的时间做了一个安排,我发现我可以挤出许多时间,接下来,我给自己拟订了一份周学习计划表,将学习分散在一周的每一天中,虽然安排了不少于20个小时的时间学习计划,但一周的生活基本没有受到影响没,只不过时间安排的更加紧凑了,而且这样分散安排也不至于太辛苦,有利于保持学习效率。 除此之外,还要养成自主学习的习惯,光制定了计划而不能坚持下去也是不行的,所以我着手从下面几个方面来培养自主学习的习惯: (一)合理分配每天的学习任务 1、合理规划每天的时间 2、按照既定的时间表来行事 3、即时复习 (二)经常向自己和他人体温 1、养成做笔记的习惯 2、保持适量的休息和运动 3、充分利用课程的学习资源,电大为我们提供的学习资源包括:教学大纲,考核说明,文字教材,音像教材,CAI课件,以及网上辅导和教学信息,直播课堂,VBI教学信息等。 除了文字教材是系统学习课程全部内容的主要媒体,必须选用以外其他媒体是学习课程的辅助媒体,我根据自己的学习需要和使用条件选用了以下几种: 音像教材一般都"少而精",着重讲重点,难点,讲思路和方法。教材中有些学习的内容,当我通过文字教材难以理解清楚时,可能需要看与该内容相关的教学录象或VCD,或听关于该部分内容的录音讲解。
