桥梁工程中挂篮施工技术探讨

摘要:挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术可以使用少量施工机具设备,避免大量支架。可以方便地建造跨越深谷、流量大的河道和交通量大的立交桥。不影响桥下通航、通车,施工不受季节,河道水位的影响,并能在大跨径桥上采用,因此得到广泛的使用。而且施工不受跨度限制,跨度越大,其经济效益越高,所以大跨度连续梁桥常采用挂篮悬浇施工。本文探讨了桥梁工程中挂篮施工技术要点,总结了挂篮常见的质量事故及其防治措施。

abstract: hanging basket cantilever casting construction technology can use a small amount of construction machinery equipment, avoid a lot of support. can be easily built across deep canyons, large flow of the river and well traveled flyover. do not affect bridge traffic, traffic, construction from season, the influence of the way water level, and in the long span bridge, so widely used. and construction from span restrictions, the greater the span, and the economic benefit is higher, so big span continuous girder bridge is often the hanging basket hanging pouring construction. this paper discusses the hanging basket in bridge engineering construction techniques, summarized the hanging basket common quality accident and its prevention and control
