教学内容:Look and read Learn the sounds
教学目标:
1.通过Look and read介绍王府井大街的短文,帮助学生丰富语汇,了解如何介绍家周边的情况。
2.帮助学生学习元音字母u在闭音节中的发音。
一、Warm up
老师画出自己家附近的情况图,学生提问,老师回答。
Is there a … near your home?
Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.
Are there any … near your home?
Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.
二、Look and read
Presentation
1. 出示Look and read的图片,问学生图片上能看到什么,引出本栏目的话题。
T:What can you see?
S1: I can see a street. There are many shops on the street.
T:It’s Wangfujing Street. It’s a busy street in Beijing.
2. 教师播放录音,学生听录音,了解大意。
3. 教师播放动画,学生观看并跟读。
4. 学生读文本,回答问题:
Where is Wangfujing Street? (It’s in Beijing.)
Are there any shops on Wangfujing Street? (Yes, there are a lot of shops.) Practice
1. 学生根据Look and read的短文内容,两人一组互相问答。S1: Are there any restaurants on Wangfujing Street?
S2: Yes. There are many restaurants there.
2. 呈现图片,帮助学生理解a lot of、Beijing Roast Duck的意思及Many people like to go there.中people和like to do sth.的用法。
a lot of 表示许多,后加名词复数形式。
Many people like to go there.
people 意味:人;人们。它的复数还是people。
like to do sth.表示喜欢做某事。
3. Fill in the blanks:教师呈现课文,空出重点单词,学生填空。
4. 教师出示王府井的一些图片,学生用所学句型,进行描述。
5. 让学生试着描述本市的一条商业街或自己家附近的一条街道。Nanjing Road is a busy street in Shanghai. There are many shops and restaurants. Many people like to go there.
三、Learn the sounds
Presentation
1. 教师呈现duck和sun的图片,引出单词duck和sun。
2. 教师呈现本部分情境图,引出chant内容:
The ducks have fun.
They play in the sun.
Run, run, run!
Catch the ducks in the sun!
3.请学生找出里面发音相似的单词。
4. 引导学生发现规律:都有u,u发/?/。
发音要点:/?/是短元音,发音时声带振动。舌后缩,舌中部微微抬起。双唇张开,并稍微向两旁平移。
5. 播放本部分动画,学生跟读或者跟唱。
