In the “Operator” column, the items with “★”should be signed by dispatcher.
2、备注：如检查发现货舱有积水，需先清除货舱内积水，并需：
NOTE: If found water accumulated in the cargo ,need clean out the water, then: 1）如在基地：需填写非例行单并处理。
If at base, should write the Non Routing Card.
2）如在外站：飞机放行后需将飞机号、机场、有水货舱位置等信息通告MCC。
In not at base, need notify MCC after dispatch, including Aircraft No、Airport、Cargo position.
