我的情感态度教学设计 情感是人脑的一种机能,是人对客观事物的态度体验及相应的行为反应,情感态度与语言学习密切相关,情感态度,是指兴趣、动机、自信、意志和合作精神等影响学生学习过程和学习效果的相关因素以及在学习过程中逐渐形成的祖国意识和国际视野。人本主义心理学的兴起和发展,语言教学中的情感问题越来越受到重视。在目前基础教育课程改革中,新颁布的《英语课程标准》把情感态度作为课程目标之一,要求我们在英语教学中不但要重视学生的语言知识和语言技能,更要关注学生情感态度的发展,所列出的情感都是积极的情感,有利于调整学习态度,培养学习品质,增强学习原动力以及学习主动性和目的性,增进师生共同参与及和谐发展。而影响学习的消极情感,是教师在教学过程中应该帮助学生克服的。如何培养学生积极的情感态度,从而促进英语学习。 下面谈谈我对初中英语情感态度教学设计的理解: 第一、转变教师角色,铺垫积极情感的培养转变教师角色只有用真实的、对个人的尊重和理解学生内心世界的态度,才能激发学生的热情,增强他们的自信心。然而,传统教学中教师不仅作为过程的控制者和活动管理者,而且是学生成绩的控制者和发展的制约者。教师作为知识拥有者,是主体、权威,学生是知识接受者,是客体、服从者。教学几乎是一种机械的单向传递方式,缺乏师生情感的交流,导致人际关系紧张、情感压抑,造成情知分离及认知发展的困难,势必学生学习被动、参与意识不强、学习兴趣不浓。英语课程标准强调,教师应是学生学习的组织者、引导者和参与者,教学过程应是师生平等、共同发展互动的过程,教师由“居高临下的权威”转向“平等中的首席” 。教学应致力于创造一种无拘无束的心理氛围,解除学生的思想顾虑。传统意义的教师教、学生学将让位于师生互教互学,彼此形成一个真正的学习共同体,达到教学相长。转变教师在教学中的角色,更新教育理念,创造民主、平等、和谐的教学氛围,为培养学生积极的情感态度做好铺垫。教师在情感态度准备课程的时候,要充分考虑学生的个性特点以及学生之间、师生之间的情感因素,设计、制定和推行切实可行的培养方案,分层次、分阶段地进行耐心引导、悉心呵护,引导学生树立积极情感,克服消极情感,进而促进学生健全人格的发展。 第二、以情感化学生,引发积极情感,培养兴趣,激发动机兴趣是学习动机中最现实、最活跃的成分。情境设置时让学生的真情实感和表演激情油然而生,使学习过程成为了富有个性化和情绪化的过程,让学生个个兴趣盎然,人人积极参与,课堂气氛异常活跃。教学中,教师还要努力构建自己独特的教学风格和个人魅力,巧妙设计教学活动的各个环节,努力提高教学效果。教师优美的语音、铿锵的语调都会让学生产生对语言美的遐想和追求;教师热情洋溢、充满激情的教学活动设计也会打动、感染学生,让他们拥有美的享受。有时,教师还需要幽默感,并充分发挥身体语言(body language)的功效,包括微笑传递smile exchange、眼神接触eye contact、手势语言gesture、耸肩表意shrug等。教师的一个眼神、一丝微笑、一个恰到好处的手势,都会把鼓励、期盼、肯定与赞扬传递给学生,这些无声的语言就会感染和激励学生,给他们信心、力量以及克服困难的勇气。这样,学生对老师的钦佩与敬爱会转移为对英语学习的兴趣与迷恋,从而形成强大的学习动机。 第三、注重教学方式,渗透积极情感的培养,授课时通过话语、目光、手势等给与他们关心和期待,多提供发言的机会,有点进步就抓住机会赞扬、鼓励。课下要多接触他们,多给学生接触机会本身就是鼓励。在作业本和素质评价手册上,多一些鼓励性评语等等。这样,学生可以获得成功的快乐以及自尊心的满足,从而增强学习信心。合作交流,师生互动参与、合作是新课程核心理念之一。“情境教学”“活动课教学”和“任务型教学”都需要学生的主动参与与合作。合作精神是培养情感态度的一个重要内容。教师要在教学中特意设计相
