听力在英语学习中重要的地位就不说了，没人会觉得自己已经什么都听懂了，其实就是老外也不一定什么都听得懂。尤其是听非洲英语，阿拉伯英语，那简直是···唉，一听头就大！练听力的话，听CNN很不错。没条件？自己树个锅盖不就得了！就是内容有点单一，讨论的很多都是国际大事，不过那速度听起来才叫过瘾，有时每分钟超过200个word，我很喜欢Larry King主持的interview。听了一年后，听力水平会提高很多。其实听力是要配合词汇量的。比如听政治news，一点都不懂国际组织名称肯定要吃亏，专四（TEM4）的听力要求是能听懂VOA或BBC的standard news，其实是很好的练习基准点，有条件的话可以听听ABC或CNN，难度会大大增加，增加一次的听力量，尽可能多选诸如news feature report或talk show等超过半小时的量。
精听和泛听结合。还嫌不够的话，多看看进口大片，最好是原声的。主要就是要培养抓住语流的本领，尽量减少语流在脑子里停留的时间，说到底就是熟悉度的问题。想想我们是怎么听母语的，再想想我们又是如何听英语的，总结一下自己现在的不足，是单词量不够大还是因为自己由于音发得不准对听力造成干扰。

千万不要局限自己听力训练的范围，也就是听力材料要广泛多样。记得，材料的选择很重要，要清楚自己真正要的是什么，求质量而不是求数量！
