英语学术论文写作学术论文的写作要求及 写作方法 (一）题名（Title,Topic） 题名又称题目或标题。题名是以最恰当、最简明的词语反映论文中最重要的特定内容的逻辑组合。 论文题目是一篇论文给出的涉及论文范围与水平的第一个重要信息，也是必须考虑到有助于选定关键词不达意和编制题录、索引等二次文献可以提供检索的特定实用信息。 论文题目十分重要，必须用心斟酌选定。有人描述其重要性，用了下面的一句话："论文题目是文章的一半"。 对论文题目的要求是：准确得体：简短精炼：外延和内涵恰如其分：醒目。对这四方面的要求分述如下。 1．准确得体 要求论文题目能准确表达论文内容，恰当反映所研究的范围和深度。常见毛病是：过于笼统，题不扣文。如："金属疲劳强度的研究"过于笼统，若改为针对研究的具体对象来命题。效果会好得多，例如"含镍名牌的合金材料疲劳强度的研究"，这样的题名就要贴切得多。再如："35Ni-15Cr型铁基高温合金中铝和钛含量对高温长期性能和组织稳定性能的影响的研究"这样的论文题目，既长又不准确，题名中的35Ni-15Cr是何含义，令人费解，是百分含量？是重量比？体积比？金属牌号？或是其它什么，请教不得而知，这就叫题目含混不清，解决的办法就是要站在读者的角度，清晰地点示出论文研究的内容。假
如上面的题目中，指的是百分含量，可放在内文中说明，不必写在标题中，标题中只需反映含Ni和Cr这一事实即可。可参考的修改方案为："Ni、Cr合金中Al和Ti含量对高温性能和组织稳定性的影响"。关键问题在于题目要紧扣论文内容，或论文内容民论文题目要互相匹配、紧扣，即题要扣文，文也要扣题。这是撰写论文的基本准则。2．简短精炼 力求题目的字数要少，用词需要精选。至于多少字算是合乎要求，并无统一的"硬性"规定，一般希望一篇论文题目不要超出20个字，不过，不能由于一味追求字数少而影响题目对内容的恰当反映，在遇到两者确有矛时，宁可多用几个字也要力求表达明确。若简短题名不足以显示论文内容或反映出属于系列研究的性质，则可利用正、副标题的方法解决，以加副标题来补充说明特定的实验材料，方法及内容等信息，使标题成为既充实准确又不流于笼统和一般化。如?q（主标题）有源位错群的动力学特性--（副标题）用电子计算机模拟有源位错群的滑移特性"。 3．外延和内涵要恰如其分 "外延"和"内涵"属于形式逻辑中的概念。所谓外延，是指一个概念所反映的每一个对象；而所谓内涵，则是指对每一个概念对象特有属性的反映。 命题时，若不考虑逻辑上有关外延和内涵的恰当运用，则有可能出现谬误，至少是不当。如："对农村合理的全、畜、机动力组合的设计"这一标题即存在逻辑上的错误。题名中的"人"，其外延可能是青壮年，
国际英文学术期刊初选阶段的质量要求 来源：创新医学网 在国际英文学术期刊上发表文章，凡投到具体刊物的稿件，不论是网上的电子稿件，还是传统的邮寄文稿，均需先汇总到该刊的主编(Editor-in-Chief)或地域编辑(Regional Editor)手里。尤其是那些稿源充足，来稿量大的刊物，接到稿件后，往往由主编(地域编辑)或其助理初选过滤一遍，对那些学术质量，结构质量和文字质量都很差的稿件直接予以拒绝。这部分稿件根本不用送审(Peer Reviewing), 在初选即被淘汰。本文将就学术期刊在初选阶段对论文的文字质量，结构质量和学术质量的要求给予详细的介绍，目的是能对中国的科研工作者在国外英文期刊上发表论文有所帮助。 文字质量 不同的学术刊物对其刊登的学术论文的文字要求，因主编而异。但大体水平标准相近，关键是语言通顺，条理清楚，没有过多的语病和错别字。但对中国科研工作者而言，用英文表述科研成果同用母语写论文相比，还是要难得多。即使是只达到基本的要求，也需花一番功夫。写好的文章要一遍一遍地修改推敲，直到自己满意为止。然后要请英语好的同事或导师过目修改，如果能请到母语是英语的外国同行最后把关，就更好了。此外，现在市场上有一些语言服务公司，专门提供这种服务，帮助母语不是英语的作者提高英文论文的可读性和文字的准确性。但价格不菲，据说服务质量和交稿速度也褒贬不一。但如果作者的经费充足，也不妨一试，或许是一条既快又好的途径。 结构质量 学术论文的结构质量，是指论文的写作格式和内容的表述形式是否符合刊物的要求。一篇论文的结构质量取决于作者对投稿刊物的了解。每本刊物对论文的结构和表述方式均有自己明确的要求，且细节都详细清楚地发表在刊物每期的投稿说明或作者须知上，网上的刊物首页(Journal Home Page) 也有刊出。大体而言，一般的学术期刊都要求有文章摘要(Abstract)，关键词(Keywords)，论述过程(Text)，文献索引(Reference) 等几大部分。在细节方面，对图和图注, 表与表注, 以及数学公式的写法和文献的表述形式都有具体的要求。作者在写文章时，必须严格照章而行。现在许多刊物只接受电子稿件，因此对线图和影像图的文件存储形式(Format)及标准均有要求，作者也要特别注意。否则费了九牛二虎之力，稿件到了主编手里图表文件打不开或变了形，岂不是白忙一场。 在论文的初选阶段，主编对论文的要求主要是审定该论文的真实性和原创性，即根据对本学科的了解和专学，以专家的目光判断稿件的科学价值，并审定是不是作者自己的科研成果。同时也兼顾实验手段是否可行，是否有足够的原始实验数据等等。如果是已经发表了的成果的继续，则要看是否有足够的新内容和创新性。这也是中国作者经常忽视和欠缺的地方。 总而言之，一篇论文质量的高低，其学术质量是关键，是决定该论文档次的首要因素。而文字质量和结构质量也很重要，三者相辅相成，缺一不可。但相比之下，文字和结构的改进要相对容易一些。

英文信的格式范文 英文信件格式及各种信件范文图片 英语信件的种类比较多，有一般信件，邀请信，推荐信等。但几乎所有信件的格式都大同小异。书写英语信件要注意下面几点： （一）英语书信结构、书写款式及要求： 1．书信结构 英语书信结构一般有以下几个部分组成： 1）信封（envelope）。英语的信封和中文的一样，有三部分组成，即发信人地址、收信人地址和邮票。只不过英语信封的格式除了邮票所贴的位置（信封的右上角）和中文的一样外，英语信封上要写的发信人和收信人的地址和中文的大不一样。发信人的地址应写在信封的左上角，收信人的地址应写在信封偏中右偏下处，如下： 2）信头 (heading)，即写发信人的地址和日期（右上角）。 3）信内姓名地址 (inside address)，即写收信人的姓名和地址（左上角）。
4）称呼 (salutation)，即写对收信人的尊称（一般用Dear Mr. … ,; Dear Madam Helen,; Dear Miss…,; Dear John,; Dear Professor Smith,等）。称呼直接写在收信人地址的正下方，中间空一至二行。称呼后面的标点一般只能用逗号。以上信头、信内姓名和地址三部分的结构如下： 注：如果是相当熟悉和随便的朋友之间，因为彼此都知道对方的地址，故信头和信内的地址常常省略。 5）正文 (body)，即信件内的主要内容。正文第一句一般和称呼之间空一至二行。 6）信尾客套语 (plimentary close)，即写信人在信的右（或左）下角，写上表示自己对收信人一种礼貌客气的谦称。一般有Sincerely,; Sincerely yours,; Yours sincerely,; Friendly yours,; Truly yours,; Yours truly,; Cordially yours,; Yours cordially,等。 7）信尾签名 (signature)，即亲笔签上写信人自己的姓名。如果是用打字机或电脑写的信，在写信人签名的上方，同样应该打上写信人的姓名。
