我经历过的第一次有许许多多，但让我至今难忘的是第一次去北京。
那是一个夏天，我们一家，和哥哥姐姐一家，还有弟弟妹妹一家一起去北京。我和姐姐哥哥弟弟妹妹拉着手，蹦蹦跳跳地要上火车，没想到我和弟弟没跟上大家的步伐，“扑通”一声，我俩一起摔倒了。弟弟没什么，可我摔掉了牙，脸，鼻子，嘴都摔出了血，痛得我哇哇直嚎。
上了火车，我来到车上镜子前照了照，可以说是面目全非了，前门牙没了一颗，嘴唇肿了，而且右半面脸也像个大馒头。我又疼痛又伤心，我又哭起来了。
来到了宾馆，我和父母进了房间。二姑正好是医生，她为我精心地洗伤口，又为我买了些消炎药，让我吃了药，才去办自己的事情。晚上，我一翻身就会碰着自己的脸，痛得要命，一下子就把爸爸妈妈吵醒了。但是，我还是强忍着，怕影响他们的休息。
第二天，二姑说，让我戴上帽子出去，怕我晒着伤，我只好戴着一顶帽子去了动物园，还招来不少小伙伴围观我，真觉得羞愧。
晚上，我的伤又开始疼了，我和爸爸妈妈一晚上没睡，本来早上打算要去看升旗，因为我还推延了一天。
回到神头，我的伤已经好了。可同学见到我还是问长问短，我还
真有些难以启齿。每当我照镜时，就会想起第一次去北京的情景，那次去北京给我留下的印象太深刻了。
