王：大家好，欢迎来到环球时报专访现场。今天我们有幸能将泰安“小神童”苏刘溢的妈妈刘欣欣和南方科技大学校长朱清时请到现场，谈一谈他们对教育的看法，对教育体制改革的看法。下面有请刘女士。
刘：大家好，我是苏刘溢的妈妈，没什么特殊的地方，希望大家能像普通人一样看待我，看待我们母子。
王：大家应该知道，刘女士的儿子苏刘溢只读了两天半小学、一年初中、一年高中，复习一个月便参加高考，就是说他8岁时是高中生，10岁参加高考。8岁时，就在Windows帮助文件下了解了文件的编写，随后学会了C语言、BASIC、Pascal、PHP(HypertextPreprocessor)、JAVA、ASP(ActiveServerPage)等语言的基本语法。这就是神童的来历。下面有请南方科技大学校长朱清时。
王：朱清时是一位中国化学家，是中国科学院院士、第三世界科学
院院士，原中国科学技术大学校长。2009年6月29日，广东省聘任朱清时为南方科技大学（筹）创校校长,并且他决定在不经教育部批准的情况下自主招生，自授学位和文凭。
王（面向两位被采访者）:欢迎两位能在百忙之中抽出时间来到专访现场。
王（面向观众）：观众朋友们，大家好，欢迎准时收看本次节目。
王：首先问一下朱先生，为什么南科大的招生改革要从自授学位开始?您为什么决定自主招生？
朱：筹办三年之久却始终等不到教育部的招生许可证，同时中国高校要有活力，一定要迈过“学位槛”，这一步很险。但又是中国高校的必由之路，中国高校恢复活力，必须自授学位。这是大学办学自主权的回归，不是创新，而是一种传统。办大学不能靠铁饭碗。这不是教育部批不批准的问题，而是只有到了这一步，学校才有希望。
王：下一步我们还会同时等着教育部的招生资格批复吗？
朱：教育部的批复我们很欢迎，但即使批准了，我们的自授学位还是要走下去。因为批准的是本科招生权，他不可能一下子批给你硕士点、博士点。南科大要“一步到位地建设一流研究型大学”，这决定了我们没有时间一个个地申请硕士点、博士点，所以我们还要自授博士学位。因为学校定位是一流的研究性大学，我们就必须要招一流的教授。前提就是要能够招到研究生(论坛) 、博士生，要不然他们的研究工作就要中断。
王：在决定自主招生过程中，遇到最大的困难是什么？
朱：最大的困难就是下定决心走出今天这一步，因为做出这个决定确实很难，要得到政府、民众的理解。像18日的招生咨询会，如果冷冷清清没有人来，我们就失败了。
王:听说您现在压力很大？
朱：是，压力很大。虽然上上下下对南科大评价很高，但我们至今还没拿到招生批文。没人批准你，批准了就是绿灯；没有人制止你，制止你就是红灯。南科大自主招生走到现在，没有管理部门出来说是对还是错。也就是说，南科大(自主招生)遇到的都是黄灯，没有亮红灯叫停，也没有亮绿灯放行。
王：刘女士，您为什么选择南科大呢？
刘：为了孩子的未来啊
王：可我听说山东大学等一些大学也给您孩子offer，为什么你没有选择他们呢？
刘：现在的教育有些地方有待改进，尤其在国内一流的大学，而南科大走了一条不同的改革之路，所以选择他，信任他。
朱:谢谢，正是由于还有您这样的父母，我们的学校才有希望，教育改革才有希望，这个国家才有希望。
刘：每位父母都希望孩子健康成长。
王:苏先生，您自设文凭，社会会承认吗？
朱：只有靠努力把水平提高，社会对自己学生接受度高。文凭问题
自然解决。哈佛自首学位，这是美国最高水平的学校，但是社会依然认可。只要我们的教学水平高，学生受社会认可，他们会成功的。刘:我也觉得人有能力，金子总到哪里都要发光，我不担心。
王：您为什么对改革这么有信心？
朱：因为我们对过去的很多不改革的教育没信心。
王:你从家长角度谈谈对南科大有什么担忧的地方？
刘：我只担心，南科大会不会被取消？
朱：个人觉得不会，这也是我做这件事情的前提。现在的教育体制广受批评，国家需要我们这样的学校为国家探索改革之路！毕竟国家发展要靠教育。
王：在决定自主招生过程中，遇到最大的困难是什么？
朱：最大的困难就是下定决心走出今天这一步，因为做出这个
决定确实很难，要得到政府、民众的理解。改革还需要突破公众和
受教育者观念的制约。目前，我国社会正在经由学历社会向能力社会转变，读书不追求学历而是真正获得能力是未来的方向。
总结：A：在我们学生看来，自己所受教育与能力不完全均等。B:迷茫的大学之路需人指引。C：教育改革势在必行。

英语口语学习的几点建议不少人认为发音好就代表口语好，口语好就代表英语好。实际上，如果只是工作需要，发音真的有那么重要吗?所谓的英语的口语，其实包含四方面的内容，其中重要性排行：流利度>表达准确度>发音>腔调。 流利度 方法建议就是自己和自己说英语，每天头脑里总会要想些问题，你试着把自己想的东西一句一句翻译成英语，你和别人说话的时候，说完那些话之后，你心里默默的想一想这些话我用英语应该怎么说，遇到不会的马上可以用手机查字典。不出三个月你心里想的每一句话或者日常的沟通，都可以熟练的用英语说出来。 还有一个办法，就是每天用英语写几百字。每天人的英文写作其实是代表他的英语口语的最高水平，不要说自己英语口语不好，归根到底，其实是写作不行。你能够说出来的东西，你一定能够立马知道怎么写，但是你写的东西你不一定立马能够说出来，但是为什么还要练习写作呢？因为大部分时候你说不出来是因为你写都不知道怎么写。写作实际上能够根本改善你遣词造句的能力，当你写作都很熟练了，你脱口而出自然不会是问题。 表达准确度 只要是两个人面对面沟通，只要你不结巴、保持流利，始终能够把话说清楚的，老外如果听不懂他会继续问你，直到听懂为止。所以刚练习英语口语的朋友，可以把这部分顾虑暂时先打消，等你流利了再来改也没问题的。所有表达的准确度问题，都不是口语问题，都是
你英语基础问题。 发音准确度 这方面的重要程度远远没有流利度那么高，但练习要花费相当的苦工。如果仅仅只是为了应付工作，建议不要花费太多时间在发音上面，因为中国人的发音哪怕再烂其实外国人还是能理解的。外企HR似乎更加看重流利程度一点。大部分在外企工作的中国人发音简直是弱爆，但是丝毫不影响工作沟通。所以英语基础不好的人，拼命去练发音，无异于舍本逐末。 如果你一定要知道发音怎么练习，可以简单说一两点。 中国人被拼音误导很深，认为和拼音长得差不多就是和拼音一样的发音，结果才导致了浓浓的中国风发音。不要把音标当拼音。你把所有的长元音全部拆开成两个元音来发音，比如like 的i(ai), 坚决不要发成中文的"爱“，要先发a 后发i, 中间过渡平滑，听起来像"拉一可”。经常有人说这个单词明明按照音标读了，但是怎么读都有一股浓浓的中国风，就是找不出原因，原因就在这里。 如果你对这些区别只是停留在了解的阶段，那是帮助不了你改善发音的，必须要重复练习（一个发音反复练习几百次就有效了）。

Today, the celebrity we invited is Michael Yu.China's college students’ graduates now encountered a lot of pressure of employment.Young students especially like to listen to the successful experience of Michael Yu. M: Hello, everyone! I’m glad to participate the talk show .I’m the originator of New Oriental. I was born in a poor rural family in eastern China's Jiangsu Province. Although most of my childhood was spent helping my father in the field my mother always encouraged me to go to school. Q: I know after your graduated from the Peking University, you became a member of the teaching staff for your Alma Mater for 7 years. So what’s your secret of your success? M：I was shocked when my Alma Mater accused me of "giving unauthorized lectures off campus"on a fateful day in 1993. Considering the punishment I was given from the university to harsh I resigned soon after. I then started my own career by founding The New Oriental School. At first, the so-called school was merely an English training class with no more than 30 students. Soon after that , it became popular among Beijing college students. Q: Everyone has different way to relax. After the whole day hard work, I suppose that you have some relaxing activities. Can you share them to us? M: OK. Reading is my best way entertainment. I‘d read about 800 books when I was in Peking University. All these books opened my field of vision and rich my experience at the same time.
