而今天，2014年8月26日的今天，从飞云山上快步走来的我们，进入古朴的行政楼，怀揣着各自对精彩未来和幸福生活的美好向往，开始了新的征程，那么，同事们，朋友们，让我们携起手来，互相鼓励，一起坚持不懈，一起永不放弃，我们将不断成长，我们终将实现我们各自的梦想。

各位同学们：
大家好！我演讲的题目是《励志成功，永不放弃》。我先给大家讲个故事。在非洲的一片茂密丛林中，走着四个皮包骨头的男子，他们扛着一只沉重的箱子，在密林里踉踉跄跄地向前走。他们跟随队长进入丛林探险，队长却在任务即将完成时患疾病不幸长眠于丛林中了。
临终前队长把亲手制作的箱子托付给他们，并十分诚恳地说：“如果你们能把这个箱子送到我的朋友手里，你们将得到比金子还宝贵的东西。”
埋葬了队长之后，他们便扛着箱子上路了，道路越来越难走，他们的力气也越来越小了，但他们仍然鼓起劲往前走着。终于有一天，绿色的屏障突然拉开了，他们历经千辛万苦之后终于走出了丛林，找到了队长的朋友，可是那个朋友却说：“我一无所有啊！”于是，打开箱子一看，竟是一堆无用的木头！但是，这箱无用的木头，却使他们永不放弃，使他们获得了比金子还贵重的东西——生命。这个故事启示着我们做任何事情必须要有永不放弃的精神，这样才能拥有成功。

同学们，决不轻言放弃是一种美德，更是一种积极的人生态度。我们无法创造命运，但我们可以用实际行动改变命运，我们可以向命运中的艰难困苦挑战。不被困难所吓倒，不言放弃，终能历经风雨见彩虹，谱写精彩的人生。
