认知康复护理对精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍、精神状态及生活质量的影响

【摘要】目的：观察精神分裂症患者应用认知康复护理对认知功能、精神状态及生活质
量的影响。方法：选取2015年5月-2017年5月在笔者所在医院治疗的98例精神分裂症患者临床资料，按护理方案不同分为两组，每组49例，对照组常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上行认知康复护理，比较护理后两组患者的认知功能、精神状态及生活质量。结果：护理后，观察组处理速度、工作记忆、社会认知、注意警觉、语言学习、视觉学习、推理及问题解决评分分别为（60.03±17.40）、（30.50±1.10）、（8.75±1.49）、（2.06±0.85）、
（21.09±7.06）、（18.79±7.09）、（2.09±0.56）分，高于对照组的（47.60±18.10）、
（26.90±1.30）、（7.50±1.72）、（1.62±0.71）、（18.30±1.33）、（14.82±7.01）、
（1.62±0.74）分，比较差异均有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of cognitive rehabilitation nursing on cognitive function，mental status and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Method：From May 2015 to May 2017，the clinical data of 98 patients with schizophrenia who had received treatment in our hospital were selected.According to the different nursing methods applied，these patients were divided into two groups，with 49 cases in each group.Routine care was applied in both groups，with cognitive rehabilitation nursing given additionally to the observation group.The cognitive function，mental status and life quality were compared between the two groups.Result：After nursing，the scores of processing speed，working memory，social cognition，attentional vigilance，language learning， visual learning，reasoning and problem solving in the observation group were
（60.03±17.40），（30.50±1.10），（8.75±1.49），（2.06±0.85），（21.09±7.06），
（18.79±7.09） and （2.09±0.56）points higher than （47.60±18.10），（26.90±1.30），
