昨天，2017年3月22日，复试结束，一切终于尘埃落定，而我也终于如愿以偿。之前不管是在准备初试的时候，还是复试的时候，都参考了各位前辈的经验，所以自己考完了之后，也想着应该做点什么回报一下社会~为将来的学弟学妹们提供一点参考。
首先，政治，67分（比估分略低）。我不是一战的应届考生，而且是在职考研，所以政治是从12月开始复习的。准备选择题的时候，选择的是“风中劲草”的三本书——一本大纲的精炼，一本选择题习题，一本答案讲解。我个人感觉这套书思路清晰、重点明确，非常适合有一定政治基础的同学，这套书加上一定的基础，就不用报班了。准备简答题的时候，我只背了肖秀荣的最后四套题，真的，只背肖四就够了（前提是个人有一定的忽悠潜力，能够举一反三写套话）。还有就是，背肖四的时候，一定一定要看试卷网址提供的增值服务，绝对会给你一种“听君一席话，胜背半年书”的感觉。当然，如果没有基础，可以考虑报班，因为报班听老师把知识梳理一遍比自己对着大纲看的效果应该要好很多。
其次，英语，68分。对于这门课，第一件事，背单词。想必大家都有智能手机，下载一个背词的app（比如沪江网校的开心词场），每天按照计划背。没有智能手机的话，可以考虑买本词数，一样背，关键是要有计划，按部就班地去完成。因为我个人的理解是，到了大学，英语上遇到的所有障碍归结为一点就是词
非常好，规划合理、讲解细致。第三件事，背作文。作文是一定要背的！推荐王道长的书。
再次，专业课311教育学。这门课其实很好考，原因很简单，作为一名三跨考生，在职考研，9月份开始看书，居然也拿下了。大纲是一定要买的（这就是统考科目的好处，有一个统一的标准，各种省心~），其次我在某宝买了相关的笔记，然后对着笔记用记号笔画大纲（说实话这是一件很有乐趣的事）。P.S.有一个311教育学考研网，上面有很多很有用的经验，我就不转载了，感兴趣的同学可以自己搜。大纲前前后后过了三遍。真题做了一遍，但是真题的大题没有背，主要是找选择题的手感。最后就是模拟题，买了两本，一本勤思，一本凯程。选择题可以一视同仁对待，背大题的建议是，优先考虑两本书的交集，背完了再背
凯程，如果有时间可以再背背勤思。网上一直有种说法就是凯程很准、很准。
最后，复试。复试前几天我很紧张，因为找不到外院这个专业复试的任何线索。复试之后，我很释然。导师们和学姐们都很好很好很好！而且，其实根本不用准备太多，英语自我介绍+二外（法、日）自我介绍足以（其实我日语的自我介绍是等面试的时候写的……这一点真的要感谢提醒我准备二外自我介绍的同学！）英语面试的时候，基本以聊天为主，导师会就你的相关资料提问你一些问题，面试是全英语的，个人感觉语音语调是考察的重点。导师的英语水平相当赞！让我不禁感慨上师大外院实乃藏龙卧虎之地也。日语面试的老师很温柔，是从日本回来的，我遇到听不懂的句子，她就翻译成英文问了（是的，居然是翻译成英文），最后是读一篇日语文章，文章其实不难，可惜我自己日语水平比较渣。当我得知自己复试通过以后，暗下决心，一定要考过N2，以报答这位善良宽容的老师！
