CPU的DIP开关设置方法
该系列CPU中有一个设置CPU的DIP开关,可设置的内容如下。
引脚1:ON=允许写入用户存储器;OFF=禁止写入用户存储器。
引脚2:ON=通电时,外扩存储盒的内容自动读出写入RAM;OFF=不自动读出。
引脚3:ON=编程器用英文显示信息;OFF=用日文显示。
引脚4:ON=允许用户设置扩展指令;OFF=使用扩展指令的默认设置。
引脚5:ON=用户设置通信参数;OFF=使用默认通信参数。
起始位:1;数据位:7;偶校验;停止位:2;波特率:9600b/s。
引脚6:ON=编程器采纳扩展装段模式;OFF=采纳标准模式。
一般设置:
引脚1:选择OFF,调试程序时,总是要随时写入用户存储器的,但是当plc正式运行时,应当将该引脚设置为OFF。
引脚2;选择OFF,要是有扩展存储器,可以确认是否需要自动读出。
引脚3:选择ON。
引脚4:选择OFF,一般不设置扩展指令,若使用特别的扩展指令时,需要该位为ON。
引脚5:选择OFF,使用默认设置。
引脚6:选择OFF,使用标准模式。

DIP设置参考DIP设置参考未知的应该包括“三元换牌”,“配牌出血” ,猜测可能在dip3中,还应包括“中奖比率”“计算强度”“役满次数”另外 dip8 ( unknown 1-7)意思是役满次数,是什么意思?谁知道?这是sevice模式下的设置测试。

VVVF4控制器调试说明1 DIP开关的设置开关说明控制器可以通过面板上的DIP开关进行设定。
如果这些开关的设定位置有任改变,必须将控制器主电源关断后重新打开以使新的设定生效。
这些开关的功能如下:1.1 开关 1 -1 & 2 Inputs. 单或双信号控制设定ON:1 Input. 单信号输入。
开关置于ON位置,由单一关门信号控制开关门。
任何加在端子8和10之间的12-250V直流电或交流电均会使门关闭,除去这一电压信号,门将打开。
当门开始关闭时,开门输入无效。
OFF:2 Inputs. 双信号输入。
由两个独立的输入信号分别控制开门和关门。
任何加在端子8和10之间的12-250V直流或交流电均会使门关闭;任何加在端子12和10之间的12-250V直流电或交流电均会使门打开。
如果没有任何信号,门将保持静止不动;如果同时有开门和关门信号输入,开门信号优先。
1.2 开关2-Type of landing door. 厅门种类设定ON: Automatic landing door.自动型厅门。
全自动控制开关的厅门。
O FF: Manual landing door.半自动厅门。
手动控制开关的厅门。
1.3 开关3 -Rotation sense. 开门方式设定ON: Left & central.控制器被设定为驱动左开门和中分门。
OFF: Right. 控制器被设定为驱动右开门。
左或右开门定义如下:在轿厢外面对电梯门,门打开的方向。
1.4 开关4-Master and Slave. 主从状态设定ON: Master. 主状态。
门机控制器直接发布指令。
例如:光电侦测功能将在门机控制器的控制下使门立即重新打开。
OFF: Slave. 从状态。
门不会自己重开门,门机将只接受电梯中央控制器发出的输入指令。
例如:安全触板动作的信号将传递给电梯中央控制器,然后电梯中央控制器将移除关门信号并给出开门信号。

⼀、打印机IP修改
1、对打印机加电后放⼊打印纸,然后按住打印机⾯板上的按键(3秒)开机、松⼿,这是打印出⼀张⾃检表,在⾃检表上有⼀项IP地址
2、通过交换机或者交叉线把打印机连接到计算机,计算机的IP要修改的和打印机的IP 在同⼀⽹段,然后在计算机上ping⼀下打印机测试⽹络是否通畅
3、在计算机上安装IP设置程序(Ethernet IP Set & Test),完成以后在程序中出现⼀下
运⾏
第⼀项
是现在打印机的IP,输⼊的IP要完全和⾃检表的⼀致,然后点击
测试
第⼆项
是修改项
⾥⾯的数字是打印机实际所需要的IP,然后点击修改;
如果修改成功会听到打印机轻轻的⼀声响,然后关死打印机重新进⼊第⼀步。
可以看到修改后的IP地址
⼆、打印机的安装
1、运⾏安装程序(GP80DRVCN V5.31G)
点击结束!
2、配置端⼝
点击添加端⼝
点击新端⼝
注意:此位置的IP是第⼀部修改的IP
点击下⼀步
点击完成;
回到下⾯图形点击应⽤;
完成后回到常规;
这时点击打印测试页;看⼀下打印机是否能够正常出纸。
三、打印机⼯作是切纸不正常的解决;
点击打印⾸选项
点击应⽤后就可以!。

2.适用范围适用佳博GP_9025T标签打印机设备操作。
3.操作流程3.1 安装纸张:3.1.1双手按压上盖左右两侧开关,开启打印机上盖。
3.1.2将纸卷装入标签供应轴并使用纸卷固定片将纸卷固定于供应轴中央。
3.1.3将纸卷正放置在纸卷架上。
如果使用的是较宽的纸卷,可以将固定片取下,直接用纸卷轴即可。
3.1.4按打印头开始旋钮,向上掀开打印头。
3.1.5将纸张前端拉出(打印面朝上),穿过纸张导杆下方和纸张感应器后将纸张拉过橡胶滚轮。
调整导纸器与纸张同宽且轻微接触。
3.2 安装碳带3.2.1将空纸卷套入碳带回收轴3.2.2将回收轴左侧压入碳带回收转轮中,再将右侧装入。
3.2.3将碳带套入碳带供应轴。
3.2.4按打印头开启旋钮,向上掀开打印头。
3.2.5将供应轴左侧压入碳带供应转轮中,再将右侧装入。
3.2.6将碳带绕过打印头,平整的黏贴在碳带回收轴(空纸卷)上。
3.2.7向上旋转碳带回收转轮,直到碳带黑色区域盖过打印头为止并将碳带卷紧,使碳带上没有任何皱褶。
3.2.8以双手将纸卷轴向下压,关闭打印头,请确认打印头已完全关闭,以确保打印品质。
3.3 DIP开关功能3.3.1打印机底部盖板揭开后会有一排8位小开关,代表不同功能,如下:3.3.2波特率:3.4 LED指示灯说明3.4.1热敏打印3.4.2热转打印3.5一般按键功能3.5.1进纸3.5.1.1当打印机准备就绪(LED蓝色常亮),按一下FEED按键,标签纸会进到下一张标签纸的前端。
3.5.1.2打印机在线续多张打印过程中,按一下PAUSE按键会使打印暂停。
此时电源指示灯呈蓝色闪烁,只要再按一下按键,打印工作回复正常。
3.5.2开机自检3.5.2.1关闭打印机电源3.5.2.2确认打印机已经上纸,并盖上打印机上盖3.5.2.3按住进纸FEED键,并打开打印机电源,此时打印机会打印出自检测试页,松开进纸按键。
