The packing of the goods shall be preventive from dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock, and shall be suitable for ocean transportation/ multiple transportation. The Seller shall be liable for any damage and loss of the goods attributable to the inadequate or improper packing. The measurement, gross weight, net weight and the cautions such as "Do not stack up side down", "Keep away from moisture", "Handle with care" shall be stenciled on the surface of each package with fadeless pigment.

一线用药是指根据患者病情可以首先选择或者标准选择的药物，这些一线用药耐药以后再选择二线的药。一线用药代表治疗“首选药物”，首选治疗产生耐药性或者过敏或者失败，可考虑二线药物。
以抗菌药物为例，根据抗菌药物特点、临床疗效、细菌耐药、不良反应以及当地社会经济状况、药品价格等因素，将抗菌药物分为非限制使用（一线用药）、限制使用（二线用药）与特殊使用（三线用药）三类进行分级管理。
1．非限制使用（一线用药）：经临床长期应用证明安全、有效，对细菌耐药性影响较小，价格相对较低的抗菌药物。
2．限制使用（二线用药）：与非限制使用抗菌药物相比较，这类药物在疗效、安全性、对细菌耐药性影响、药品价格等某方面存在局限性，不宜作为非限制药物使用。限二线用药主要选用对一线药物产生耐药性的复治病例。
严重疾病二线用药是指该药可能具有较大副作用、不良反应或价格昂贵，不作为对某种疾病的常规用药，一般仅用于一线用药无效、过敏、副作用太大时。但特殊情况，如需要联合用药亦可使用二线药物。
3．特殊使用（三线用药）：不良反应明显，不宜随意使用或临床需要倍加保护以免细菌过快产生耐药而导致严重后果的抗菌药物；新上市的抗菌药物；其疗效或安全性任何一方面的临床资料尚较少，或并不优于现用药物者；药品价格昂贵。
2.重度感染
引起感染没有明显的症状为轻度感染；有一定的症状如红肿热痛但神志清楚为中度感染；感染后伴神志不清、昏迷为重度感染。
3.重度真菌感染
由于长期应用广谱抗生素、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、化疗或放疗后以及AIDS患者均是真菌感染好发者。
4.序贯治疗（重度感染的序贯治疗）
是指抗菌药物治疗中重度感染性疾病时，初期采用胃肠外给药（静脉内），当病情一旦得到改善（用药后3~7天），迅速转换为口服抗菌药物的一种给药方法。一般是同一种药物不同剂型间的转换，也可以从高一级转为低一级的抗菌药物或同一级抗菌药物之间的转换。也称转换疗法。
5.重症患者
病情严重、多变并影响到生命体征的平稳，及有多器官功能衰竭的患者。
6.配合肠外营养
肠外营养是从静脉内供给营养作为手术前后和危重患者的营养支持。肠外营养的途径有周围静脉营养和中心静脉营养。肠外营养（PN）是经静脉途径供应病人所需要的营养要素，包括热量（碳水化合物、脂肪乳剂）、必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、电解质及微量元素。肠外营养分为完全肠外营养和部分补充肠外营养。目的是使病人在无法正常进食的状况下仍可以维持营养状况、体重增加和创伤愈合，幼儿可以继续生长、发育。肠外营养的基本适应症是胃肠道功能障碍或衰竭者，也包括需家庭肠外营养支持者。
疗效显著的适应症：
