2、下载Introduction for submission。只要到每个杂志的首页，打开submit paper一栏，点击Introduction查看或下载即可。
3、稿件及其相关材料准备-Preparation：Manu.doc、Tables.doc、Figures.tiff(jpg等)、Cover letter，有时还有Title page、Copyright agreement、Conflicts of interest等。

6、修回稿的投递-Submitted the revised manu：主要修改revised manu、response to the reviewers、cover letter，还有其他修改的相关材料。程序是进入投稿主页main menu，点击revise，仍然按照原先程序投递(近似于4)，切记把修改的标题、摘要和回复信等内容要修改。最后上传附件时，先把留下来且未修改的材料前打钩(表示留下不变)，然后点击next，再上传已经修改的材料(主要包括revised manu、response to the reviewers、cover letter等)，最后下载pdf，查看无误后，即可到投稿主页approve submission或直接submit it。
7、校样-Correct the proof：一般编辑部先寄出三个电子文档，包括Query、Proofs、p-annotate，有时也可能伴有纸质文档校样，如一次J pineal research。校样后通过E-mail寄出即可。
8、版权协议-Copyright agreement和利益冲突-Conflicts of interest：一般首次投稿时就需要提供，但也有少数杂志是Accepted之后才需要提供。

SCI投稿初级入门 作者: 2000sym(站内联系TA)发布: 2009-02-24 根据网络多个版本整理： 奉献给大家§1. 1 投稿的方式 投稿主要有三种方式：纸质投稿、EMAIL投稿和网上投稿。纸质投稿一般需要将稿件打印几份，邮寄给期刊编辑部，有的期刊还要求需要论文的软盘或光盘；EMAIL投稿就是将论文以附件形式发给编辑；网上投稿就是期刊有网上投稿系统，将论文在网上提交。一般国内期刊要求纸质投稿的比较多，而且还有一些国内期刊在纸质投稿后，同时还要将稿件EM AIL给编辑，国外期刊也有要求纸质投稿的，但似乎越来越少，毕竟航空信件来往费时费钱，所以逐渐被网上投稿所取代。EMAIL投稿国内国外期刊都有，但考虑到网络安全和技术的发展，EMAIL投稿也会逐渐被网上投稿所取代。网上投稿是国外期刊所采用的主要形式，有直观、迅速和方便的特点，但在网上投稿前需要在网站注册一大堆信息，第一次使用网上投稿会感到麻烦，但可以将你第一次注册的信息保存到WORD文件，以后再网上投稿时大部分信息复制粘贴就可以了，一定要记住注册的帐户名和密码，否则耽误你的投稿计划哦。纸质投稿的期刊国内比如有《微电子学报》、《上海交通大学学报》，国外的没遇到过，有知道的请告诉我。EMAIL投稿的期刊国内比如有《微细加工技术》，国外期刊比如有“IEEE ELE CTRON DEVICE LETTERS”。网上投稿的期刊国内还比较少，如《半导体学报》、《物理学报》、《中国物理》等一些比较有影响的期刊，国外就比较多了，这里就不举例了。国内邮寄纸质文章用什么方式寄好呢？我以前用平信邮过的，没丢过，挂号和EMS当然安全迅速了，不在乎费用可以挂号和EMS的。 §1. 2 如何投稿 有很多水友问自己该如何投稿，其实大概是这些水友第一次投稿吧？如何投稿主要从四个方面来着想：一是稿件内容和质量；二是找到适合的期刊；三是熟悉投稿要求和流程；四是经验的积累。稿件的内容自然和你研究方向有关了，这个不能去强求改变，但与稿件质量相关联的似乎分为好几种，比如研究方向冷与热、实验结果成与败、文章表达优与劣、图形处理好与坏，当中有些我们还是可有作为的，这在以后如何写好论文中进行阐述。作者首先要根据自己的文章进行自我评价，或者请导师或别人评价，也可以将自己的文章和与文章相关的文献进行对比，看自己文章质量怎样，然后再决定适合投哪个期刊。有的作者受影响

关于SCI论文投稿，你得注意这些 好不容易写好文章，撸起袖子看准了一个杂志，准备投稿时，突然发现杂志要求太多了，Cover Letter就不用说了，还有什么Running Head，Checklist，Reviewer suggestions等等一系列的附件，而且大多都是必须上传的，那么这些附件是什么，而且到底应该写些什么、怎么写呢?下面我们来分享关于投稿附件中的那些事儿。 一、Cover Letter 简言之，Cover Letter就是需要将文章介绍给杂志编辑。当然Cover Letter需要包含的内容包括以下几点： 1.表明以什么为题的文章拟投贵杂志，简要介绍文章的主要发现和重要意义; 2.表明所有作者均已经知晓拟投本期刊，且没有一稿多投; 3.最后附上通讯作者的电话、邮箱、地址等信息。 一般来说Cover Letter只需要这三部分，但是如果有些杂志的Cover Letter有特殊要求，比如要求表明是否已经有审稿人已经审阅过、要求表明伦理规范等，那就需要适时在第二部
分进行添加和描述。 二、Running Head Running Head可以翻译成短标题，就是在原来的题目上进一步简明，一般限制在50个字符。这样的Running Head在最终出版的时候一般会放在每一页的最上方，目的是让读者一目了然这篇文章大概是讲什么。 那么如何能让人看到Running Head就有读下去的兴趣和冲动，这里面的学问还是有讲究的。有些期刊硬性要求是Running Head必须不超过50个字符，且每一个字母都应该为大写形式。 Running Head应该是一个意思完整并通顺的短语，因为Running Head来源于文章题目，如果文章标题本身就很简短，那么直接用文章标题作为Running Head;如果文章题目较长，那么就进行归纳，所以好的文章题目也就是Running Head取得成功的一半了。其他需要注意的就是冠词去掉是否通顺、是否表达恰当的小问题了。
