浅谈大学生就业能力提高的措施

摘要截止2011年7月，应届大学毕业生的人数已经超过600万人，如此庞大的就业队伍定会给当前的就业市场带来巨大的冲击。大学生在毕业找工作时出现的多种问题表明当前大学生的就业能力亟待提高。本文就从毕业生就业常见的问题入手，分析当前社会对毕业生有怎样的要求以及作为高校的管理者应该采取怎样的措施来提高毕业生的就业能力，以期为高校的就业指导老师提供一些参考和建议。

Talking about the Measures to Improve College Students' Employment Ability

Abstract As on July 2011, the number of university graduates has more than 6 million people, such a large employment team is scheduled to give the current job market and a huge impact. Students in graduation to find a job, a variety of issues that need to raise the employability of the current college students. In this paper, starting from the common problem of graduate employment, analysis of the current graduates what the world demands, as well as university administrators should take what measures to improve the employability of graduates, and provide some useful reference and recommendations for career guidance teachers of universities.

1 大学生的就业能力及用人单位的需求
高校要提高大学生的就业能力，首先，我们得清楚的知道就业能力到底是什么，我们才能有针对性的采取措施来提高学生的就业能力。一般来看，大学生的就业能力就是在社会基本活动中发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。这里面包含了大学生的与人交往能力、沟通能力、思考问题的能力、社会适应能力等等。在职业选择上，大学生的人生观、价值观、世界观、就业态度、自我管理、自我实现的能力以及一些从事工种的专业知识都是属于就业能力的
