1.GENERAL DESCRIPTION总则

1.1 GENERAL概述

This specification concerns a twin outboard propelled crude oil river barge with SIX (6) cargo tanks. The

centre tanks will be used when operating at 1000T DWT @ 1.5m draft & the side tanks will be

additionally used for operation at 1400DWT@2M Draft. The vessel is intended to shuttle between

refinery to a offloading vessel through the inland navigation in Nigeria.

本规范适用于有6个货油舱的双舷外推动原油河驳。在吃水1.5米载重吨位为1000吨时,使用中心舱;在吃水2米

载重吨位为1400吨时,需再加上舷侧舱。本船意在往返于尼日利亚内河航行的炼油厂和卸货船之间。

The vessel shall be designed as a single deck with a sheer at the fore peak. The cargo tanks shall be

without double bottom.

本船应设计为一艘艏尖舱有舷弧的单甲板船。货油舱不应有双层底。

The layout shall be in accordance to guidance General Arrangement Plan

此设计应依据总布置图。

1.3 ENDURANCE续航力

The fuel capacity shall be sufficient for at least 48 hours running at normal continuous rating (85% MCR),

approx 4-5 knots of speed.

油量应足够在正常持续功率(85%MCR),大约4.5节航速下至少运转48小时

1.4 RULES, REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES 规定,规则及指导

The ship is to be built as a non-class inland navigation ship.

本船应建成为一艘非船级社内河航行船

2.HULL船体

2.1 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION 总结构

In general the ship shall be constructed of mild steel, grade A (Class certificates not mandatory).

通常本船应建造为低碳钢,A等级(船级社证书不强制要求)

The entire hull will be of an all welded construction with scantlings designed to suit bending moments in

normal operation conditions

整个船体为全焊接结构,结构尺寸设计应适合正常操作条件下的弯矩。

Welding shall be executed in accordance with the Builder's practice approved by the Classification Society. In general continuous welding will be applied in all cargo spaces and in all wet spaces.

焊接应依照船级社认可的建造方惯例执行。通常在所有的货油舱区域和所有的潮湿区域应实施

连续焊接。

X-ray examination or equal will be carried out according the requirements of the owners (in general 2%

of butt welds). Other tests like Dye penetration, MPI, air test to be carried as per shipyard’s standard practice. Hydro tests of cargo tanks to be done for the all vessels of the series. MPI is to be carried out at ends of fillet welds, T-joints, joints or crossings at highly stressed areas like stern frame or OBM support brackets. The full extent of any weld defects is to be ascertained by applying any one of the NDT. The extent of applied NDT is to be increased when warranted by the analysis of previous results.

In general production standards shall foll ow the IACS “Ship Building & Repair Quality Standard”

Refer to the below table for the welding schedule for this vessel.

2.2 CARGO HOLD 货油舱

The cargo hold is designed as a single skin without double bottom. The tanks are arranged as shown in

the general arrangement. All bulkheads forming the cargo tanks, including the separating bulkheads, shall be constructed of flat plates with stiffeners. No corrugated bulkheads shall be fitted. The cargo tank deck will be flush with web frames and stiffeners below deck.

货油舱是无双层底的单壳板。舱室布置如总布置图所示。所有形成货油舱的舱壁(包含单独的舱壁)应使用带加强筋的平板建造。不得安装槽型舱壁。货油舱甲板应与肋骨框架及甲板下的加强筋齐平。

Main deck, in cargo area only, to have a straight line camber of 100 mm. Deck without sheer.A “fish-

plate” of 100 mm high to be constructed along the cargo deck to prevent spillage on deck to drain

overboard.

仅存在于货油舱区域的主甲板,应有一个100mm的直线曲面。甲板没有舷弧。100mm高的接合板应沿着货油舱甲板建造以防止甲板上的漏损货排到舷外。

A doubler plate to be provided under each cargo pipe suction mouth & drop line. Sufficient drain holes to

be provided in the bottom structure stiffening to facilitate the drainage of cargo oil towards the suction

mouth.

每个货油管道吸入口及下伸线下方应提供一个加强板。为加速促进吸入口货油的排泄,在船底结构位置应提供足够的排水孔。

2.3 BOTTOM STRUCTURE 船底结构

The bottom is a single bottom structure. Bilge with flat chine plating over the parallel mid body of the

vessel.

此船底为单船底结构。在本船平行中间体的上方带有平脊柱板舱底

Sea chests will be fitted in the pump room for the suction for fire fighting and general service (if

required) pumps.

海水箱应安装在泵室吸入口处,作为消防泵和通用泵(如果需要的话)。

2.4 SIDE SHELL 舷侧外板

Fenders to be fitted on the shell on the upper side port & starboard. Fenders will consist of half pipe of

250DN supported by the ship’s structure. Additionally, supporting eyes to be provided on the main deck for the securing of tyre fenders.

挡泥板应安装在两舷的外板上。挡泥板包含有船结构支撑的公称直径为250的半管。此外,主甲板应提供支架眼子以保护轮胎挡泥板。

2.5 DECKHOUSE 甲板室

The accommodation will be constructed in accordance with the General Arrangement Plan. The

minimum clear height in the accommodation will be 2,100 mm between ceiling and top of flooring.

舱室应依据总布置图建造。在围顶和地板顶端间的最小净高为2100mm

In way of the compass non-magnetic material shall be used.

就指南针而言,应使用非磁材料。

2.6 BUILT-IN CONSUMABLE TANKS 嵌入式耗材舱

The following tanks are to be incorporated in the structure of the vessel:

如下舱室应包含在船体结构中

1. Fuel Oil Tanks燃油舱

The built-in tanks to have sufficient capacity, related to the quantity of relevant systems. The other tanks may be stand alone or built-in type depending on the availability of the space after development of the design.

与相关系统数量有关的嵌入舱应含有足够的容量。其他舱室为独立式或嵌入式,取决于设计后的有效空间。

2.7 FOUNDATIONS 基座

All foundations will have the proper scantlings corresponding to the effective forces and will be of

welded construction with the necessary girders fitted in the bottom construction or under the related deck.

The structural framework will support the foundations.

所有的基座应有与有效力相应的结构尺寸,并且应为带有必备纵梁的焊接构造。且纵梁安装在船底结构中或相关甲板的下方。

结构骨架将支撑此基座。

2.8 HULL PRESERVATION & PAINTING 船体防腐及油漆

All de-scaling, shop priming, de-rusting and painting works to be carried out in accordance with the

builder's painting practice and paint manufacturer's recommendation. In general, all steel prior to

construction to be grit/sand blasted to SA 2.5, thereafter one coat of zinc shop primer with DFT of 20-

25μ is to be applied immediately. All free edges shall be prepared and surface to be free from rust, zinc

salts, oil, moisture, dust & other foreign substances prior to any painting.

所有去除氧化层,底漆,除锈,以及油漆工程应依据建造方油漆标准和油漆制造方的建议进行。

All colours of finish will be in accordance with the owner's colour scheme.

In general the painting scheme shall be as follows

?Under water outer shell (up to 1.5m draft mark) – Tar Free epoxy (2 coats of 250μ) + Tin free Self-polishing A/F (1 coat 150μ)

水下外板(直到1.5米的吃水标记处)-无环氧焦油(2层250u)+免自抛光A/F锡(1层150u)?Topsides - Epoxy primer (125 μ)+ Epoxy finish (125 μ)

船东标记应按照船东要求油漆

Sacrificial aluminum anodes shall be fitted on the hull plating on doubler plates and on the stern based on

protection for a three years period (approximately 60 Pcs of 5kg Al anodes).

阳极铝电极基于三年的保护期限,应被安装在船身板的加强板和船尾(5公斤铝电极近似60pcs)

All fasteners exposed to weather to be galvanised steel.

所有外露的紧固件应为镀锌钢

3.CARGO SYSTEM 货油系统

3.1 CARGO PUMPS 货油泵

Two (2) cargo pumps of 250 M3/hr capacity with 10M head shall be positioned in the cargo pump room

driven by horizontal electric motors (Explosion proof if motor installed in the pump room).

带有10米泵头容量为250M3/小时的2个货油泵应放置于货油泵舱,并由卧室电机驱动

(若电机安装在泵舱,应为防爆型)

3.2 CARGO PIPING 货油管道

All cargo piping shall be made of steel with normal wall thickness (SCH 40) welded type.

所有的货油管道应为钢制公称壁厚(管子表号40)焊接型。

Piping from each of the six cargo tanks to the pump room shall be DN 150 as per arrangement in shown

in Pumping System diagram.

依据管道系统原理图,泵舱的6个货油柜管道公称通径应为150

Cargo piping to be properly supported and on deck with appropriate pipe clamps. Clamps on deck shall

be galvanised steel and mild steel below deck.

货油管道在甲板上应用合适的管夹支撑。甲板上的管夹应为镀锌钢,甲板以下为低碳钢。

Lines to be laid with gradient to ensure good drainage, and drain plugs at low points.

管道放置一定梯度以确保排水顺畅,并且排水塞位于低位点

Each cargo tank shall be fitted with separate loading line & suction with bell mouth (2x pipe diameter)

extending to near the tank bottom.

每个货油舱应安装独立的装载管道和锥形吸入口(2个管道直径),并延伸到舱室底部附近

Cargo valves:货油阀

All cargo valves shall be Gate Valves.

所有的货油阀应为门阀

All cargo valves shall be locally manually operated. Valves inside the tanks shall have an extended

spindle to the main deck for operation.

所有的货油阀应为本地手动操作。舱室内的阀门应具有延伸到主甲板的轴,以便于操作

Cargo manifold arrangement:货油歧管布置

One (1) DN 200 crossover.

1个公称通径为200交叉线

Two (2) DN 200 Manifolds on both sides (P & S)

Manifold to be arranged with ample sized spill trays made of steel, fitted with steel DN 50 drain line with stop valve.

歧管应配有足够大小的钢制滴油盘,并装有带截止阀的公称通径为50的泄放管

Each cargo tank is to be provided with a DN40 galvanised steel pipe connection on deck for level

gauging or sampling with a portable device. Sounding pipes to be situated at the aft end of a tank as far as possible. Sounding caps on top end of the pipes to be provided

每个货油舱应在甲板上提供一个公称通径为40的镀锌钢管连接,作为液位测量或便携装置取样。

The manifold connecting equipments including reducers, spool pieces, blank flanges, etc to be supplied.

3.3 CARGO VENTING SYSTEM 货油舱通风系统

Each cargo tank shall be fitted with an open tank venting system of sufficient capacity from the highest

point of tank to suitable height above deck. Individual line from each cargo tank will lead to a common

vent line with a vent head.

每个货油舱应安装有一个足够容量的开放舱室通风系统,在甲板上从舱室最后点至适合高度。

每个货油舱的专用管道将通向一个带有通风头的公用通风管道。

4.OUTFITTING舾装

4.1 WINDLASS 锚机

An electric motor driven windlass is to be placed on the forecastle deck. It shall be equipped with single

disengage able cast lifters, if cables are used or a winch if steel wires are used with the bow anchors

艏楼甲板上应放置一个电机驱动的锚机。如果使用电缆或者使用带有弓锚的钢绳绞车,

此锚机应配备单独的脱离升降机。

For mooring purposes, two warping heads to be provided, one at each side of the windlass.

为了便于系泊,了、应提供两个卷缆筒,锚机每侧各一个。

4.2 CAPSTAN 绞盘

A manually operated capstan (SWL approx 30kN) to be fitted on the aft deck for mooring purposes.

尾甲板应安装一个手动操作的绞盘(安全工作负荷大约30KN), 作系泊用。

4.3 ANCHOR & ANCHOR CHAINS 锚和锚链

- 1 stockless bow anchor, 1,800kg(approx)

1个无柄的弓锚,1800kg(近似)

- 60m chain cable of appropriate breaking strength

60米的抗断锚链

4.4 MOORING FITTINGS 系泊设备

- Sufficient mooring fittings to be provided on deck for safe terminal berthing and STS operation.

为了末端安全系泊及STS操作,应在甲板上提供足够的系泊设备

4.5 LIFE SAVING & FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS 救生及消防设备

Adequate Life Saving& fire fighting equipments shall be provided to provide safety to the crew as per the Owner’s requirement.

依据船东的要求,应为船员提供充足的救生及消防设备。

Life jackets – Sufficient number suitable for the no. of people onboard.

救生衣- 足够数量以适合船上人员数量

Life rafts – One (1) inflatable life raft for Sixteen (16) persons in GRP containers with full equipment

will be supplied and installed near the accommodation.

救生筏-GRP容器内带有全套设备的16人充气式救生筏,安装在靠近居住舱位置。

Lifebuoys - Life buoys stowed in suitably designed racks to be delivered and spaced evenly on the open

decks.

救生圈-存放于设计货架的救生圈应递送并安置在露天甲板上。

Fire Fighting - A deck wash- and fire extinguishing main line, with hoses in lockers will be fitted in the

pump room, the cargo deck and outside accommodation, with branches and flanged valves with 2" quick

connection type couplings. Number of connections will be sufficient to reach all spots on the ship with

the fire hoses. Fire extinguishers of an approved & suitable type shall be located in suitable positions

throughout the pump room, accommodation, wheelhouse and where required elsewhere.

消防-A甲板冲洗-灭火干线,储物柜带有软管应安装在泵舱,货油甲板和外部居住舱,为

分流型并带有2个快速连接器。连接器的数量应足够达到船上带有消防软管的所有地点。消防

All the life saving& fi re fighting items to be provided as per the local authority’s regulations.

4.6 HOSE HANDLING DERRICK 软管起重机

Two (2) hose-handling derricks (manually operated) will be installed on cargo deck near the manifold (P

& S) serving the handling of hoses and other cargo equipments. The SWL of the derricks shall be 999kg.

在货油甲板靠近两舷总管的地方应安装2个软管起重机(手动操作),为软管操作和其他货油设备

服务。起重机的安全工作负荷应为999kg

The derricks shall be such placed that the jib can reach 1m outboard of the vessel’s side shell.

起重机应位于本船的舷侧外板,起重机臂可达到的舷外1米处

4.7 PUMP ROOM GRATING 泵舱格栅

Pump floor to be covered with grating at 400mm above bottom. Removable type chequered plate pieces

to be used sufficiently supported with angle bars.

泵地板底部之上400mm处应覆盖格栅,应使用可移动式网纹板,并由角钢充分支撑。

5.ACCOMMODATION 居住舱

The accommodation for crew and officers is arranged above main deck in a deckhouse on aft ship, as per

general arrangement plan.

依据总布置图,船尾的甲板室的主甲板上应布置船员及高级官员的居住舱。

Accommodation is arranged for a total complement of 12 persons.

居住舱定员数为12人

Double bunks and wardrobes are to be provided in the sleeping rooms. The sleeping rooms are to be divided

into 2 people or 4 people occupancy depending on the ranks.

卧室应提供双层铺和衣柜。卧室按照等级应分为2人房间或4人房间

Three(3) watch-keeping Cabins (2M x 2M x 2.1M Height))are to be provided, one each at

Manifold(P/S) and forward. Each side & top steel fabricated to have two men seating arrangement

fitted with entry hinged door on one side & hinged windows on all other side. The cabin to have one

light and fan.

A steel box shaped store to be placed near manifold at centerline.

5.1 PANELING & INSULATION 嵌板及绝缘

All weather exposed bulkheads are to have thermal insulation consisting of iso panels (polystyrene

board).

所有外露的舱壁应有独立嵌板(聚苯乙烯板)组成的热绝缘

A modular panelling system consisting of walls, ceilings and doors will be provided in the

accommodation. Panelling, partition walls and ceilings in wheelhouse (only panelling), cabins, mess room and office are non-combustible panels, consisting of mineral wool with 0.7 mm PVC faced

galvanized steel sheets, total thickness 50 mm.

居住舱应提供包含墙板,围顶,门的组装板系统。在驾驶室(仅嵌板),房舱,餐厅和办公室的嵌板,隔墙及围顶为非易燃嵌板,镀锌钢面板包含0.7mm聚氯乙烯的矿物棉,总厚度为50mm The ceilings to be of 25 mm Dampa panelling consisting of sheet steel with insulation in between.

Ceiling panels will be connected to the top of the wall panels or to the steel deck above.

围顶应为25mm的DAMPA嵌板,其间包含带有岩棉的钢板。围顶嵌板将连接至墙板顶端或者钢制甲板之上。

The ceiling panels in the accommodation should be 2100 mm above the floor.

居住舱的围顶嵌板应在地板之上2100mm

5.2 FLOOR COVERINGS地板敷料

The cabins and public spaces shall be fitted with carpet tiles. Alley ways fitted with vinyl floor covering.

The wheelhouse will be fitted with anti-slip vinyl tiles or carpet tiles.

房舱及公共舱室应安装有块式地毯。通道安装乙烯基地板敷料。驾驶室应安装有防滑乙烯基板或块式地毯。

Floors in showers and toilets are to be surfaced with ceramic tiles having anti-slip surfaces.

淋浴和卫生间的地板表面应覆盖防滑瓷砖。

5.3 DOORS & WINDOWS 门和窗

Watertight and weather tight steel doors to be provided for access to accommodation. Doors are executed with re-adjustable hinges and provisions for hanging locks. Doorframes will be welded continuously.

Clear width of doors shall be minimum 700 mm as required. Internal doors with steel doorframes will form an integral part of the wall panelling system.

居住舱应提供水密和气密钢门,门带有可调节铰链并规定使用挂锁。门框应为连续焊接。门净宽按照要求应最小为700mm。带钢制门框的内门是墙上嵌板系统不可分割的一部分。

Windows in wheelhouse are of fixed type. Dimensions to be decided later.

Accommodation windows of standard dimensions 600 x 450 mm and open able type to be installed.

5.4 PANTRY 食品储藏室

The pantry shall be provided with anti-slip tiles on the floor. The Owner will approve the layout.

食品柜地板应提供防滑瓷砖,船东将核准此布局。

Two Outboard thruster units (Owner Supply) are to be fitted for propulsion on the aft end of the vessel.

Each unit will consist of hydraulically driven thruster powered by Gas engine mounted on a single

assembly. These azimuth thrusters shall be capable of rotating 180 degrees for providing manoeuvrability

and shall have auto lift & vertical lift capabilities.

prevent vibration. At a suitable place, each exhaust gas pipeline is fitted with a drain point.

capacity 1cub.m using two FW transfer pumps. This overhead tank on deck house is to be used to supply

water in accommodation for sanitary use. The fresh water is led to the shower, WC, wash basins &

pantry.

the possibility to drain directly overboard.Two sewage transfer pump is to be provided for pumping

sewage ashore.
