随着气温的下降，严寒的冬季已经来临了，由于冬季天气寒冷，气候干燥，是火灾事故、交通事故和人生伤害事故的多发季节，为了确保学校的安全与稳定，防止各类事故的发生，努力创造使师生满意的安全环境，今天，我就加强学校冬季人身安全和财产安全工作提出如下要求：
1、各班主任及各办公室、教室、微机房、实验室、图书室、食堂等责任人，要对用电、用气、化学品等进行一次全面检查，发现存在安全隐患的要及时整改，不留盲区。
2、注意行路安全由于早晨冰冻，或者雾茫茫，影响了汽车的刹车性能。因此，同学们来校时要注意，一定要行走在人行道内，在没有人行道的地方要靠路边行走。要注意来往车辆，不要斜穿、猛跑；冬天在马路上会结冰，滑行非常非常危险，更不要在结有薄冰河面上玩耍，这样最容易出事。
