10月26日,由兰州市教育局师资处、兰州市教科所、甘肃省联合国教科文组织协会联合主办的备战2018年兰州中考研讨会召开,来自兰州市教科所的教研员及西北师大二附中的一线教师为考生如何备战中考“把脉”,提出了一条条实用的备考建议。

语文

按板块逐个击破标点题需重视

考生在语文备考时,应该按板块进行,把握每个板块的复习策略。其中,语言积累与运用板块,考生应重视课下注释和课后“读一读写一写”中的词语,搜集易考易错生字词进行强化积累,按6册教材的顺序梳理重点成语,按成语误用的几种情况进行归纳整理,注意在具体语言环境中正确运用现代汉语中的词语。标点是2016年第一次出现的考查点,题型新颖,这部分的复习往往是复习的盲点,需要在复习中格外关注标点的特殊用法和几类易混的标点。名著阅读中,复习要以新课标规定的教材中的名著为主,突出作品基本信息、情节(概括)理解、人物特征、阅读感受等常考考点的复习。古诗文阅读板块,古诗词部分要突破6个考点,即画面描述、内容理解、把握情感、诗词主旨、表现手法和语言特色。文言文部分要回归课本,以九年级两册

教材上的文言文为主,做到篇篇过关,同时兼顾七、八年级重点篇目的重点字词用法。现代文阅读板块,做到读懂考点、读懂文本、读懂思路。考生需要进行有效练习,精选题目,组合同类,强化作文升格训练,注重书写习惯的养成和培养。

数学

重视基础知识不可片面追求解题技巧

中考试题首先着重考查基础知识和基本技能,因此考生要重视基础知识,不可片面追求解题技巧,搞题海战术。所谓加强基础不是要求学生死记硬背基本概念、公式、定理,法则,而是要理解概念的本质,熟练地掌握公式、定理、法则,并能灵活地加以运用。学习数学的最终目的就是应用,学习时要联系生产、生活的实际,时常关注社会生活。平时学习要做到过程与步骤清晰,表达规范,推理论证严密,养成良好的书写习惯。同时,强化理解易错题的正确思路,避免知识点的遗漏,更要注意获取“老题新做、一题多解、多题一解、一题多变”的方法和技巧,在解决问题之后,对解决问题的过程与结果进行反思,有可能做一题、得一法、懂一类,而且通过反思帮助概括和积累解题经验,构建良好的数学认知结构,完善已有的知识体系。

英语

让“阅读”走向“悦读”重视“读”“写”链接

(兰州市教科所教研员田黎)英语复习中,应了解命题依据和考试范围,对考点做到心中有数。应培养良好的听力习惯,能根据语调和重音理

解说话者的意图;能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点;能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意等。作为英语语言技能之一的“读”,体现为阅读篇章的增加及考查点的调整,由夯实“阅读”走向“悦读”,要求考生能根据上下文和构词法推断、理解生词的含义,能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系,能找出文章中的主题,理解故事的情节,预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局,能读懂相应水平的常见体裁的阅读材料等。在写作方面,重视“读”—“写”链接,能根据写作要求,收集、准备素材,能独立起草短文、短信等,能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系,能简单描述人物或事件,能根据图示或表格写出简单的段落或操作说明。

物理

回归课本不要盲目地大题量训练

中考以基础知识、基本技能的考查为主,物理概念和物理规律的考查是基础知识的核心内容,覆盖面广,重点内容突出。但近年来对“双基”的考查不再是停留在机械记忆上,而是通过一定的情景设计侧重于考查学生对知识的理解和迁移能力。考生第一轮全面复习要紧扣课本,紧紧围绕“记牢”这一重心,按照章节顺序进行基础知识的全面复习。突出“三点”(重点、难点、易错点),专题复习,加强知识间的联系,提升综合应用能力。关注相关学科之间的联系和相互渗透,拓宽知识面,来应对学科交叉问题;关注题目的改装和嫁接,关注课本实验等原始内容的改编和创新;重视物理与社会热点事件、最新科

技成果和科学前沿问题、现代文化的交融。备考时要回归课本,不要盲目地大题量训练,可以根据实际情况有选择地进行模拟训练,以提高解题速度和正确率,并通过练、评、反思及时发现问题。在试题订正中,要求错误答案保留在卷面上,把订正过程写在旁边,说明理由;在复习练习中,全面用笔算,以提高运算能力。

化学

全面掌握课程掌握解题方法和规律

考生应利用好《课程标准》《中考说明》,把握准复习方向,并抓住课本,全面掌握课程内容,做到“四清”——清课本、清插图、清实验、清习题。一轮复习,梳理课本知识,夯实基础,查漏补缺;二轮复习,集中分散知识,线网联系,灵活运用;三轮复习,重点形成专题,练习模拟,能力提升。复习时,应从零散走向系统、从粗略走向精细、从单一走向综合。具体来说,考生应检查自己存在的问题,同时注意知识点之间的推理和辨析,能够举一反三,注重解题方法的归纳与总结,掌握解题方法和规律,复习要联系实际学以致用,用化学的视角看社会热点问题。

考生可以按以下方法进行复习:“主题式”专题复习:将所学知识分为身边的化学物质、物质构成的奥秘、物质的化学变化、化学与社会发展、科学探究5个专题;“题型”专题复习:根据中考题目,计算等专题,进行)包括操作实验(类型,分为选择,填空,实验

考生在体育中考选考项目选择上应把握以下原则:以稳为主、以强为主、跑跳优先,所选项目一定要留有余量,大球(篮、排)项目慎选。在备考方面,应加强注重平时练习,及早确定选测项目;营养均衡,劳逸结合,合理安排每天练习时间。平时训练时,应穿着运动服装及运动鞋,有利于运动。练习时注重技术动作要领,同学之间要相互帮助与比拼。另外,培养坚持不懈,积极努力进取的意志和品质。另一方面,老师和家长应鼓励和监督学生坚持运动,养成良好的运动习惯,提高运动能力,真正达到强身健体的效果。
