“产教融合，校企合作”人才培养模式的创新与实践

【摘要】产教融合，校企合作人才培养模式是新常态下国家对现代职业教育的重要导
向，符合产业结构转型升级对高素质技能型人才的诉求。盐城工业职业技术学院探索出了一条以产业带动为主的交互式螺旋发展专业群之路，创新职业教育与产业互融的模式，药品生产技术专业群对“产教融合，校企合作”进行了有益尝试与实践，取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】the integration production and education， under university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is the new normal national important guidance for modern vocational education， conform to the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure to the aspirations of high-quality skilled personnel. 1 合作背景
盐城工业职业技术学院九洲药学院始于2004年学校升格后的轻化工程系，以应用化工、工业分析等专业为主的二级院系，办学规模约占全校的五分之一，但随着长三角及本地区的产业结构转型升级，一些专业已不能适应地方经济发展的需要。与许多兄弟院校中的传统专业一样，职业教育在发展中也遇到了生源质量严重下降，生源数量不断萎缩的问题。其中人才培养标准脱离了市场岗位需求，导致人才培养质量达不到行业和企业人才规格，因此传统人才培养模式已不适应产业转型与技术升级等等带来的挑战和危机。2011年起，本院系招生生源人数
