摘要

企业要提升市场竞争力,需要大量的高质量人才,因此对于企业来说人才的获取与培养是关键。由于市场竞争激烈,企业若要在竞争中居于上游,那就必须拥有适合其发展需要的人才。加强员工培训,一方面可以提高企业的竞争力,另一方面员工的知识技能水平也可同步于当前市场最新动态。但由于中小企业的发展历史比较短,企业的员工培训缺乏相关规定与经验,特别是在当前经济可持续发展的要求及经济全球化的形势下,中小企业在员工培训工作中存存在许多问题,因此对中小企业员工培训工作进行研究,有助于提升员工个人价值,推动我国中小企业的发展。

Abstract

The enterprise core competitiveness is the key to the cultivation of talents. Only a suitable for enterprise development needs of talent, the enterprise can in an impregnable position in the intense market competition. Strengthen staff training, on the one hand, can improve employees' comprehensive quality, on the other hand, the employee's knowledge skill levels can also be synchronized to the latest development of the current market. But as a result of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is shorter history, especially in the current requirement for the sustainable development of economy and the situation of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises in staff training work of still exist many problems. Study of the Shared problems of small and medium-sized enterprise staff training, help to speed up the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, give full play to its positive role to the national economy.
