第一幕（登场演员：旁白，瑞拉，仙女教母，侍卫*2，后母，姐姐*2）

旁白：在一个充斥着欢乐的地方，生活着一个幸福的家庭。家庭里的小公主，是一个可爱的女孩，瑞拉。瑞拉的父亲是一个商人，常常出国在外。但这并不会影响这个家庭的幸福，什么都不会。但有一天，仿佛从来不属于这里的厄运降临到了这个家庭，瑞拉的妈妈重病在身，离开了深爱着她瑞拉和她的父亲。时间流逝，悲伤也成为往事。瑞拉一如既往的善良，她的父亲却改变了很多，他迎娶了一位新的夫人，那位夫人带来了她的女儿。瑞拉对父亲的决定表示支持，却没想到在父亲病逝之后这三个女人变本加厉，霸占了她的家，把她当做佣人，让她睡在漏风的阁楼里。然而可怜的瑞拉却坚守着母亲临终前对她的希望：坚强和勇敢，勤劳和善良。为了已故的父母，她守护着被别人霸占着的，自己的家。
（仙女教母扮老妇人，从机房上）
仙女教母（仙女）：抱歉，请问这里。。。有人在么？有人在么？
（瑞拉从入口跑上）
辛德瑞拉（瑞拉）：哦哦哦，有的有的。请问您。。。
仙女：请帮帮我，亲爱的小姐，能给我点面包么？或者，一杯牛奶就更好了
瑞拉：可以，当然可以。我应该可以找来一些东西给你吃（下场，拿来一杯牛奶）仙女：（喝下牛奶）亲爱的小姐，好心就会有好报。
瑞拉：（轻轻一笑）区区一杯牛奶，没什么。
仙女：善良的孩子啊，你要记住，奇迹永远会发生在善良的人身上。比如说，你。瑞拉：（自言自语地）可是，连幸福，都不再属于我了吧。。。
仙女：（微微一笑，下）不不不，你的将来。还很长
旁白：瑞拉的继母，是位相当敏感并且拥有高雅品位的女士，（后母从机房上）但两个姐姐在生活持家方面却仿佛并没有天分，一切都要依赖这位被他们称做灰姑娘的女孩。也许是上天不想让这里就这么安静下去，于是，他派来个两个身影，来掀起这里的波澜。
（二卫兵从入口上，敲门）
后母：（慵懒的）哪一位？
侍卫甲（甲）：（对你俩的要求就是逗比以及不要笑场！）既然你诚心诚意的发问了

甲：为了防止王宫被破坏

甲：事情是这样的，两周后的今晚，在王宫里将举行一场盛大的皇家舞会。乙：而在这场舞会上，根据传统习俗，王子将会选择他的新娘，也就是我们的王妃。
甲：此外，王子特别宣布，王国之内所有的未婚少女，
乙：无论贵族或平民，无论出身贵贱，
合：都被邀请参加舞会。

们的辛德瑞拉。
（瑞拉上）
瑞拉：（难过的）对不起妈妈，对不起。我答应过你要勇敢，可我不能，再也不能了。我再也不相信这些了。。。
（仙女教主，小精灵上）
仙女：（和蔼的）我不是要催你，但时间真的不多了，瑞拉。
瑞拉：（惊讶的）您是谁？您是怎么认识我的？
仙女：（笑）我是谁？我是你的仙女教母啊，善良的孩子。或者说，我是那天那个，来讨要牛奶的老妇人啊！
瑞拉：居然是您！
仙女：当然，我亲爱的辛德瑞拉。我说过，好人会有好报，奇迹会发生在你的身上。你会想要看道奇迹的出现么？
瑞拉：奇迹？
精灵1:教母，我想我们需要一辆马车。
仙女：对对对，马车！
精灵2：教母，我想我们还需要一位车夫。

国王：儿子，喜欢她么？
王子：不，父皇。
国王：（指二姐）这个又是谁家的女孩呢？
乙：是特曼尼夫人家的二女儿，崔西里亚
国王：儿子，她呢？也不喜欢么？
王子：是的，父皇。
国王：哦天哪，难道我整个王国。就挑选不出一位我儿子满意的王妃（这两个字要重读！）么？
（辛德瑞拉上）
王子：（上到瑞拉面前，兴奋而又紧张的）公主殿下，如果您能够给我这个荣幸，请允许我牵着你的手和你一起步入舞池。
（开始跳舞）
瑞拉：（紧张的）他们都在看着你。
王子：相信我，他们看的是你。你知道么，等舞会结束后，他们还是会指定一个他们选中的女孩，我的婚姻。。。（失望的），只是为了利益。

旁白：王子为了找到心爱的女孩，带着那只遗落的水晶鞋走遍了整个王国，拜访了几乎所有的女性。然而，这双被施了魔法的水晶鞋，即使是连最纤瘦的女人都无法穿上。渐渐的，侍卫队来到了最后的家庭：瑞拉的家。然而，早就知道这个消息的继母将瑞拉无情的锁在了阁楼上，不让她见任何人。
（侍卫上前，敲门）
后母：那一位？
甲：既然你诚心诚意。。。
后母：（迫不及待地开门）先生们，无上的荣幸啊！
乙：您好，夫人。想必您已经知道了我们的来意。
后母：是的，我知道你们是来找能穿上水晶鞋的姑娘。我现在就叫她们来。姑娘们，来试试鞋子！
（大姐二姐蜂拥上）
大姐：我先，我先来！（费尽努力也穿不上，拼命地）它就是我的，就是我的！二姐：还是换我来吧！（费尽努力也穿不上，呆呆的）它。。。缩水了。。。
王子：夫人，您家就再也没有别的女孩了么？
后母：是的，没有了。
（歌声传来，王子惊喜，后母尴尬愤怒）
甲：你听到了么？
乙：我听到了，是歌声！
王子：二位，你们可以去调查一下么？
合：为王子服务！（到瑞拉身旁，后母也来）
甲：亲爱的小姐，王子殿下要求见你。
后母：（恶毒的对瑞拉）我禁止你这么做！
乙：（拔剑）我禁止你，禁止她！
（瑞拉走向王子，王子面露惊喜的神色）
王子：你是谁？
瑞拉：我是灰姑娘。王子殿下，我不是公主，我没有家人，什么都没有，我甚至不知道我还能否传上那只水晶鞋。但，如果我还能穿上它，你还会接受我么？还会接受这个真实的我么？
