2019年中考体育备考方案 建设中心学校刘超凡为有效提高体育中考的测试成绩，按照体育中考的要求，结合九年级毕业班班学生体质情况，作中考体育备考方案如下： 一、指导思想 坚持以学生为本，以健康第一为指导，面向全体学生，着力抓好体能、技能训练，全面增强学生的素质，提高中考体育成绩。 二、中考目标 确保体育及格率达到100%、满分率达到50%以上。二、基本情况九年级学生从数据分析上看，大多数学生体育成绩不理想，学生的体育技术技能掌握能力很差，离我们期待的目标还有很大的差距，必须马上加强与提高，尤其是加强班级前20名同学的指导和训练。 三、具体措施 1、加强思想教育，提高思想认识。 通过学校、班主任、体育委员、家长等多种途径，加强宣传力度，分析当前教育形势，努力提高大家的思想意识，转变观念，使全体师生和家长更加重视，并能够相互配合，努力使学生形成积极锻炼的态度，让他们意识到中考体育成绩对整个升学考试有着重要的意义。 2、班级建立学生体育成绩测试表。 测试表分男女两部分，按照必考（长跑）和选考项目（分组），名单顺利按照班级的名次依次排序，便于及时了解学生。
