高职院校计算机专业创新创业人才培养探索

【摘要】The talents of higher vocational colleges and universities have the structural contradiction between social needs, thus put forward innovative entrepreneurial talent training. Based on computer professional creative talents training in higher vocational colleges, on the basis of professional post standard, the introduction of innovative education curriculum system, the reconstruction scheme of talent cultivation, through innovation and invention, skills competitions, technical service centers such as the carrier, cultivate students' innovation consciousness, training creative thinking and teach them methods of creating and cultivating high-skill talents.%高职院校培养的人才与社会需求之间存在结构性矛盾，从而提出创新创业人才培养探索。文章立足高职院校计算机专业创新创业人才培养，以职业岗位标准为基础，引入创新教育课程体系，重构专业人才培养方案，通过创新与发明、技能竞赛、技术服务中心等载体，培养学生的创新意识，训练创造思维，传授创造方法，培养高技能人才。
