1、启事的写作
启事是为了公开陈述某事而刊登在报刊上或张贴在布告栏上的文字。常见的有寻物启事(Lost)、招领启事(Found)、招聘启事(Wanted)等等。在初中英语中，主要学习了寻物启事和招领启事。启事一般由标题、正文、署名等部分组成。
一、启事的写作格式：
1．将启事的要点作为标题(Lost，Found)写在正文上方正中位置，也可以顶格写。
2．发布启事的日期写在正文右上方，也可省略不写。 3．署名位于正文下方。如果正文已经出现，也可以省略不写。
二、写英文启事的注意事项： 1．启事一般不用称呼和结束语，要求语言简明。
2．一般启事正文都比较简短，通常包括物品及其特征(what)、何处(where)、何时(when)、名字(who)、联系方式(contact)、相关酬谢(reward)等。
3．写招领启事时，物品的具体特征不能过于详细，以防有人冒领。
三、常用句型：
1．I found...on the way to...yesterday.昨天在去……的路上我捡到……
2．A green schoolbag with some books in it was left in the library.一个绿色的书包被落在图书室，里面有一些书。
3．There is/are...in it.里面有……
4．Please send it to...请把它送给……

2、便条的写作
便条是一种简单的书信，主要是为了尽快把较新的信息、通知、要求或活动的时间、地点转告给对
方。常用的便条有借条、请假条、留言条等。便条内容要求简单易懂，能够说明问题即可。
一、便条的格式：
1．日期：一般写在右上角，通常只需写星期几或具体时间。
2．称呼：称呼写在第二行，要左起顶格写。语气可亲切，如 Dear John 等。
3．正文：正文要另起一行，用词要通俗易懂。若有事请假，或向别人借东西等，语气要委婉。 4．签名：位置在正文右下角。
二、常用句型：
1．I came to see you but you happened to be out.我来看你，你碰巧不在。
2．Please give me a reply.请尽快回复我。
3．I'm sorry I．..我很抱歉，我……
4．Please give me a leave for...请给我……假期。

3、通知的写作
通知是上级对下级、单位对职工安排工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使用的应用文，运用非常广泛。通知一般可分为口头通知和书面通知两种。书面通知又有两种：一种是布告式通知，即以布告的形式把事情通知给有关人员；另一种是书信式通知，即以书信的形式把事情传达给有关人员。布告式通知以布告形式贴出，通常不用称呼，直接告知有关事宜；书信式通知以书信的形式发送，
要求有明确的递送对象，要写明通知的具体内容。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。
一、通知的内容一般可分为五个部分：
1．标题：通知的正上方通常要有一个标题。口头通知常用 Announcement，书面通知多用 Notice 或 NOTICE。
2．呼语：通知往往要有呼语，如：Boys and girls，Ladies and gentlemen，Dear friends，Comrades， Dear Mr.Zhang 等。
3．正文：通知正文所使用的语言应尽量简明扼要。口头通知开始往往要加上“Attention，please.”
或“Be quiet，please.”，其后可以加上“I have an announcement to make.”，结束时可加上“That's all.”，“Thank you！”之类的客套话。对举行活动的口头或书面通知，常用“Sth.will/is going to be held＋地点＋时间”或
“There will/is going to be＋sth.＋地点＋时间”结构。结束语前常用“Please attend it on time.”，或“Don't be late，please.”之类的句子。
4．日期：口头通知因是现场发布，不需要日期，但书面通知要写日期。布告通知的日期一般写在最后一行，即右下角，要低于落款；书信式通知的日期可写在右上角。
5．落款：口头通知通常不用落款；书面通知要落款，写出发出通知的人或单位名称。落款一般写在通知的右下角。通知的写作思路：审题，列提纲，找要点，定句型，确定时态(通知一般使用一般将来时和一般现
在时)，连句成文。
二、写作典例。
(一)学校定于 6 月 28 日 14 点 30 分在学校操场召开全校学生大会，大会内容为远离毒品(drug)，珍爱生命，要求按时参加。请你于 6 月 27 日以学生会(the Students' Union)的名义用英语写一则通知，词数不少于 30 词。

4、书信及电子邮件的写作
一、书信具有实用性强、使用广泛等特点，是我们日常生活中应用最为广泛的一种文体，中考对书
信写作的整体要求是：格式正确，内容简明扼要，条理清楚，表意明确，礼貌适度。英文书信一般由以
下几部分组成：
1．信头：写信人地址和日期，有时可省去写信人地址，但一般要写日期，要写在信的右上角。
2．称呼：指对收信人的称呼，写在左上角，顶格写；称呼后面的标点一般接逗号。常用 Dear，后一般接名字；Mr.，Mrs.，Miss 后用姓或姓与名。
3．正文：是信件的主体部分，写在称呼的下一行，一般由左边第三个或第五个字母处开始写起。正文第一段也可顶格写，但以后各段应空两格。
4．结尾：指正文下面的结尾客套话，位置应低于正文一行或两行，一般从信纸的中间稍右写起，第一个字母大写，末尾用逗号。常用 Yours sincerely，Yours，Sincerely yours 等。
5．签名：写在结尾语的下面一行。
二、电子邮件使用方便、传送快捷，而且还可以一信多发，特别适合信息交通。那么，如何写正规
的电子邮件呢？
1．收件人地址：在标题(Heading)栏的“收件人(To)”框中输入收件人的 e-mail 地址。
2．主题：“主题(Subject)”框中的内容应简要概括邮件内容，可以是一个单词，也可以是一个短语。
3．问候：电子邮件一般使用非正式文体，在好友或同事间可以直呼其名，如 Tommy；但称呼长辈或上级时，最好使用头衔加上姓，如 Mr.Brown。
4．正文：这是电子邮件的主体部分。为了让收件人了解你的用意，内容应条理清晰，简洁明了。
5．结尾：通常只需一个词，如 Thanks，Best，Cheers 等，不能用一般信函中的 Sincerely yours，
Best regards 等。
6．签名：最后写上邮件发送人姓名。
三.常用句型：
1．Thank you for your letter.谢谢你的来信。
2．I was glad/happy to receive your letter.很高兴收到你的信。

5、日记的写作
一、英文日记与汉语日记的结构相似，主要由两部分组成，即开端与正文，日记的形式多样，体裁
多为记叙文或简单的议论文。写日记要注意以下几点：
1．日记的第一行要写清日期、星期和天气状况。日期和星期写在正文的左上角，天气状况写在正文右上角。
2．日记常用第一人称写。日记是对生活的记录，是把自己一天中最有意义的事情记录下来所形成的书面材料。
3．英文日记的时态。日记中所记述的事情通常发生在过去，常用一般过去时；但当记述天气、描写景物或展望未来时，也可以用一般现在时或一般将来时。
4．日记的正文可以根据实际情况采用各种题材，如叙事、描述、说明、议论或抒情等。
5．日记切忌写成流水账。

1．尽量尝试从新的角度入手来表现人物；
2．要从小处着眼来突出人物特点；
3．对人物事件描写要选择典型事件，从中反映人物全貌；

7、命题作文的写作
一、命题作文是依据所给题目，确定中心，选择材料，写出符合题意、内容，表达具体、充分的文
章。写命题作文通常要注意以下几点：
1．审准题目。文章的中心要通过对题目进行分析来确定，一定要弄清主题的内涵，确立与文章有联系的主题思想。表达不能游离于主题，否则内容再精彩，也是“跑题”作文，得分将会大打折扣。因此，写命题作文最重要的是先审清题目，确立要表达的中心。
2．构思结构。就是开放思路，启动联想，构思表达形式，勾勒出文章的结构层次，依次写出引言段、主题句、发展段和结尾句，努力使之新颖、别致。
3．选择材料。这一点很重要，一定要围绕想表达的中心去选择和组织材料，所选的材料必须典型精要。
4．表达。就是用最确切明了的语言贯穿材料，表达自己的思想，力争用符合英语语法规则和英语表达习惯的，最顺畅自然的词、句、段去表达中心思想，与表达中心无关的话即使再生动形象也不要去写。就写作的表现形式来看，命题作文分为三种形式：a)记叙文类；b)说明文类；c)议论文类。
二、写作典例。
俗话说：“予人玫瑰，手留余香”。在我们的日常生活中，我们会遇到各种困难，因此，我们会需要
他人的帮助；但同时，我们也要学会帮助他人。其实，帮助他人就是在帮助自己。请你结合身边的事例，以“帮助”为话题，用英语写一篇短文。
