浅谈建筑工程项目施工管理控制措施摘要：工程项目施工管理是指通过一定组织形式，运用科学的系统工程的观点、理论与方法对工程项目施工建设的整个施工过程内的所有工作进行详细、科学和严谨的计划、组织、指挥协调与控制，从而达到保证项目工程质量、缩短项目工程施工工期、提高经济效益的目的。本文探讨了建筑工程项目施工管理控制措施。
