Many great inventors have to deal with much trouble in their work before they succeed. The following is one of such examples.

George Stephenson (1781-1848), a famous British inventor, made the first train in 1825, using a steam engine(蒸汽机). When he was experimenting on the train, he met with much trouble. The government, the newspapers and the gentlemen in the country said the noise and the smoke would kill their cows, horses and sheep. In addition, they thought the hot coals(煤)from it would set fire to their houses. Other people believed what they said.

Google and Toyota have worked together to create a new smart car. It can run on the road without a driver. It drives itself. They haven’t started to sell the self-driving car, so we don’t know the price of it.

探讨优化高三英语试卷讲评课 【摘要】本文针对当前部分高三英语教师试卷讲评课存在的一些不足,浅析优化高三英语试卷讲评课应该做到:遵循高三英语试卷讲评的原则;讲评课前应做好试卷分析准备;重视和优化讲评过程;讲评后消化,复现和辅导。高三英语试卷讲评课的最终目的是提高高三学生英语思维能力和解题能力,备战高考。 【关键词】优化高三英语试卷讲评知识的归纳与巩固解题能力的指导与提高独立思考合作探究 测试,是对学生所学知识掌握程度的检测。一份试卷既反映了当前学生的学习效果,又反映了教师的教学水准。科学的试卷讲评则是帮助学生查漏补缺、归纳复习、培养答题技巧和提高学生运用能力的重要环节;也是引导、激发学生积极思考、培养其观察和思维能力的重要手段;同时,也是教师了解学生,改进教法,进一步提高教学效率的重要依据。而高三英语试卷讲评课对于学生的指导和督促作用更将直接影响英语高考成绩!但是,有些高三英语教师对检测后的试卷讲评重视不够,失去了巩固知识和培养能力的大好机会。具体表现为:1.部分高三英语教师在研究教学方法时,大部分都把精力投入到讲授新课上,或者投入到了某一单项的教学上。平常进行教学研究活动,教师之间互相听课活动大多是在讲授新课上进行。可见试卷讲评课在日常英语教学中的地位是难以与新授课的地位相比的。 2.部分高三英语教师将讲评视为核对答案,于是蜻蜓点水地核对一下答案,甚至将答案抄在黑板上了事;而有的高三英语教师习惯于把试题从头至尾讲一遍,‘满堂灌’式进行机械重复答题过程,不分轻重主次。 3.部分高三英语教师专注于知识点的讲解,学生被动接受,缺乏思维过程,忽视了解题能力的培养;只注重词汇,语法的讲解,完型填空的讲评通篇解释一番或是只讲错题,阅读理解错题讲评一下,而书面表达的讲评更少或几乎没有,效果更差。 4.有些高三英语教师只注重分析失误原因,忽视师生间的情感交流,学生的积极参与度不够:即一贯“教师讲,学生听,学生记”的英语讲评课教学模式,老师讲得满头大汗,津津有味,学生被动听讲,效果极差。 5.没有英语试卷讲评课后的反思及对策。 这些现象在某种程度上严重地影响了高三英语试卷讲评的效果,必然直接影响学生的高考英语成绩,那么,如何优化高三英语试卷讲评课呢?实践证明,要想上一堂成功的高三英语试卷讲评课,高三英语教师必须至少做到以下五点: 一、高三英语试卷讲评应遵循以下六点: 1.试卷讲评要及时 每次测试完毕,学生都有一种期待,迫切想了解自己的答题结果,且对自己的刚做出的反应记忆犹新,便于回顾试卷,有利于提高教学效果。因此,平时每进行一次测试,高三英语教师最好在当天挤出时间阅完试卷,尽可能在第一时间了解学生的得失,同时也让学生及时知道自己的测试情况,以便让学生在讲评课前留有充分的时间探究,修正自己的问题。若不及时把信息反馈给学生,容易扼杀学生的学习积极性,就会使学生的错误与偏差得不到及时纠正,以至形成错误的思维定式。
