Let’s talk. 2.教材所处地位 本套教材注重学生语言运用能力的培养,教材在整体构思、内容安排、活动设计和教学方法的选用等方面都贯彻了语言的交际功能和语言应用的原则,充分体现了交际教学思想。本单元的教学内容紧密联系学生的生活实际,把知识和技能目标融汇在完成任务的过程之中,内容的安排体现了由浅入深、循序渐进的原则。教学重点是使学生学会表达在过去时间内所做的事情。而一般过去时涉及到动词过去式的变化规则和读音规则,是学生的学习难点。这节课的主要句型是:Did you reed books /…? Yes, I did. / No, I didn’t. 难点是要求学生能够正确使用动词的原形和过去式形式。 3.学情分析 通过前面几册的学习,学生已经接触并掌握了一般现在时、现在进行时、一般将来时等时态的用法。而且,经过前面几个课时的学习,学生对一般过去时的含义、句子结构、用法以及动词过去式的构成规则已经有初步的了解。因此,教师应在此基础上创设真实情境、组织有意义的任务或活动来展开一般过去时的教学。(根据以上的分析,我确定了本课的教学目标、重点、难点) 4.教学目标 ㈠认知目标 (1)能够听、说、读、写句型:Did you read books? 各项工作任务计划 计划工作的任务,就是根据社会的需要以及组织的自身能力,确 定出织在一定时期内的奋斗目标;通过计划的编制、执行和检查,协调和合理排组织中各方面的经营和管理活动,有效地利用组织的人力、物力和财力资源,取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益。 可以通俗扼要地将计划工作的任务和内容概括为六个方面,即: 做什(What to do it)?为什么做(Why to do it)?何时做(When to doit)何地做(Where to do it)?谁去做(Who to dolt)?和怎么做(How to dt)?简称为“5w1H”。这六个方面的具体含义如下:“做什么”:要明确计划工作的具体任务和要求,明确每一个 时期的心任务和工作重点。例如,企业生产计划的任务主要是确定生产哪些产品生产多少,合理安排产品投入和产出的数量和进度,在保证按期、按质和量完成订货合同的前提下,使得生产能力得到尽可能充分的利用。“为什么做”:要明确计划工作的宗旨、目标和战略,并论证可行性。 实践表明,计划工作人员对组织和企业的宗旨、目标和战略了解 得越清楚认识得越深刻,就越有助于他们在计划工作中发挥主动性和创造性。正如常所说的“要我做”和“我要做”的结果是大不一样的,其道理就在于此。
