关于甲方委托乙方进行资料翻译事宜，双方经过认真协商，特制订协议如下：
1. 翻译质量
乙方应当保证译文的翻译质量达到行业公允的水平，如对译文的翻译水平发生争议，应由双方共同认可的第三方评判，或者直接申请仲裁。
2. 修改与补充
全部价款付清之后，作业乙方应负责稿件的再次修改、审校，不得收取任何费用，但不包括甲方新增加、修订的部分。中止翻译：如甲方在乙方翻译过程中，要求中止翻译，甲方须根据乙方的翻译进度，按乙方已经翻译的字数，以协定的单价计算翻译费给乙方
3. 资料保密
乙方保证不泄露翻译稿件的客户商业秘密及个人隐私。对于甲方委托的翻译稿件中所涉及内容及相关信息，乙方不得泄露稿件中任何内容及商业秘密。由于乙方保护不当或其他人为原因致乙方稿件内容泄露或信息流失，所造成的一切损失，概由乙方承担全部责任。
4. 仲裁
甲乙任何一方不按本协议履行其职责，视为违约，另一方可以提出质疑并要求对方纠正，若对方不纠正，另一方可以提出经济赔偿或
生的诉讼等费用由败诉方承担。
5. 协议文种、份数
此协议用中文写成，共两份，甲方一份，乙方一份。传真件与协议正本一同有效。
