【摘要】目的：探讨颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后并发症的预防及护理。方法对26例颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后患者进行重点观察分析和护理并总结并发症的预防及护理对策。结果通过重点观察和护理，除因脑血管痉挛并发大面积脑梗塞偏瘫1例余25例均恢复良好。结论颅内动脉瘤夹闭术风险大，技术要求高，预防术后并发症发生是手术成功和提高患者生存质量的关键。%Objective T o investigate the intracranial aneurysm clip the prevention and nursing of complications after operation of closed.Methods 26 cases of intracranial aneurysm patients after operation and nursing observation was focused on the analysis and summary of complication prevention and nursing countermeasures.
