奉献精神体现着人们思想的飞跃，体现着人类文明的进步。特别是在社会转变，历史飞跃的年代，更需要奉献精神。随着时代的发展，奉献精神正慢慢得在社会人群中升华，作为一名现代公民，我们应始终保留奉献意识，时刻准备为这个社会做贡献。
因此，广大青年大学生成立了青年志愿者协会，活跃在服务的第一线，本着“开拓创新，持之以恒”的志愿服务原则，带头参与扶贫济困，敬老爱幼等社区公益活动。志愿服务不仅是我们的权利，而且是我们的责任和义务，更是一种现代化的生活方式。志愿者行动促进人与人之间的互助关爱，人与社会的融和，政府与社会的和谐发展，人与自然的协调共处，在构建和谐社会中发挥了重要作用。
青年志愿者精神是对中华民族团结友爱、助人为乐、见义勇为、尊老爱幼、等传统美德的继承和光大。中华民族拥
有五千年的悠久文化和灿烂的东方文明，虽未曾举起过志愿者的旗帜，但从“乐善好施”的千年古训到“助人为乐”的雷锋精神，无数仁人志士早已吟唱出人类道德情感的华彩乐章。志愿者既从中华传统美德中汲取营养和力量，又对传统美德进行发扬光大，志愿者精神始终闪烁着中华民族传统美德的光芒。
作为一名大学生，虽然我们大部分时间都在忙碌和奔波，但我们关心社会、热爱社会的心与千千万万志愿者一样跳跃。当看到地上有纸屑我们会捡起来；看到车上的老人、小孩没有座位我们会马上站起来；当人们遭受灾难的侵袭，我们将志愿赶往抢险救灾的最前线。“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”这不正是我们志愿者奉献精神的真实写照吗？正是有了无数志愿者的奉献才有了中华民族如此光辉灿烂的今天。

大家好，我是XXX，很高兴作为一名志愿者代表站在这里与大家分享一下一年以来我的志愿体会。
在过去的两年里，我把我的热情投身于青年志愿者的行

在加入了青年志愿者这一光荣的团队后，我参与了13级接待新生采访工作，看着镜头中的家长对孩子的祝福和期待，看着镜头中新生的激动和担忧，看着镜头中志愿者们辛勤的汗水，我觉得自己跑了好几天值得了。XX年6月我有幸参加了天津市首届诗歌节志愿工作人员，看到当年“让我们荡起双桨”的小女孩如今风韵犹存站在舞台上朗诵时，突然觉得自己心潮澎湃。作为XX年我院全国职业技能大赛志愿者之一，我被编入大赛体验组，大赛的几天里使我充分认识到了我院技能大赛中的各项比赛项目。同时参与了院内“控烟活动”“光盘行动”“餐厅执勤”“校园督查等一些列”活动，总志愿时长超过70小时。在志愿服务的过程中，有欢乐、有委屈、有泪水，但这些都将为我以后的职业生涯打下坚实的桥梁。
