I admire Confucius mainly because he was a man possessed great wisdom. Most of his ideas included in his works are powerful and deserve bearing in mind. Also, he is a very gentle and magnanimous person. He believed that problems and conflicts could not be solved by violence. Last but not the least, he is my favorite famous person because his moral philosophy has a great influence in Asia up to now. Countries like China, Japan, and Korea, to some extent, are still using his moral philosophy as the basis to arrange societies.

The musician I admire most is Ludwig Van Beethoven. Firstly, Beethoven is a productive musician. Later in his life, Beethoven lost the sense of hearing and suffered from poverty, but he stove for hope and spared no efforts in realizing his dream. In all, Ludwig Van Beethoven is my favorite musician.

There are three characteristics I think that a good leader should have. First of all, a good leader needs a good communication skill, which is essential to organize team works and solve disputes among team members. Also, a good leader should be a good audient for his team members. The leader should be patient to listen to diverse opinions before getting to make the final decision. And finally, he/she must be considerate of the subordinates. Never will a man be a good leader without the respect and favor from his subordinates.

There are three characteristics I think a good friend should have.
First of all, to be helpful and considerate are the basic requirements for a good friend. When in trouble, I always would like to turn to my good friend for comfort and aid. And finally, a good friend should be a good audient, he/she would be patient to hear the friend’s thoughts and feelings, showing the concern about his/her dear friends.

There are three characteristics I think a good teacher should have.
First of all, a good teacher should have an extensive knowledge of the subject

As it’s known to all, that students can’t behave themselves all the time and they really need teachers to supervise them. Last but not the least, a good teacher should be fair and impartial to every student. Those are characteristics I think a good teacher should have.

In my view, a good team member should have three qualities.
Firstly, the most important quality is team spirit. Team members who have team spirit are willing help each other, and this will help to improve the working efficiency of the whole group. Another quality of a good team member is working hard. An excellent team member always spares no efforts in doing his/her job. And finally, I think a good team member needs to have a sense of humor, which contributes to relieving the stress, and makes the working atmosphere of the group pleasant.

First of all, a good parent should be patient with the child. Besides blaming the kids on their mistakes, parents must be tolerant and talk sense to the young. As it is likely for kids to imitate fathers’/mothers’ habits, parent must behave themselves and set good examples for their children. Last but not least, a good parent does not impose his/her own will on children, and they always show respect to children’s ideas.

I think preparing for the GMAT test is a difficulty I have encountered. The first reason is that my English was not very good at that time, so I had a big problem in reading those academic articles. But having been studying words at least 4 hours a day for half a year, I finally made it by hard work. And now the GMAT test is no more an obstacle for me.
