?组装SZL系列蒸汽锅炉SZL Shop-assembled Series steam Boiler

该系列锅炉采用上、下两大件现场组装、A型布置结构。上部大件为本体结构,下部大件为燃烧设备(链条炉排)。现场筑砌完下部炉墙后,上、下两大部件合陇即可完成锅炉主机的安装。安装较为简便,锅炉单层布置,结构紧凑,整体性能较好。其主要特点如下:

1、水循环回路:锅炉整体水循环回路简单、清晰,特别是水冷壁管每个回路都有单独的集箱及下降管,保

证了对回路的可靠供水,且水循环回路高度较大,对蒸汽、热水锅炉都能形成充足的水循环动力,保证锅炉的安全运行。

2、炉膛空间大,燃料的适应性及燃烬度较高,可满足烟煤、无烟煤及贫煤的稳定燃烧。

3、采用大块炉排片及炉排片下加滚轮装置,在提高炉排片强度的同时,有效改进炉排片的受力情况,提高

了炉排运行的安全性。

4、大块炉排片炉排漏煤少,燃料利用率高。

5、采用双侧进风及单独风室、单独调节结构,调节灵活、方便,火床平稳,运行可靠。

?SZL新型水管蒸汽锅炉SZL Water-tube Packed Series steam Boiler

产品性能:

●简化水循环回路后,减少了水循环流动阻力,提高了上升管流速,对于热水管锅炉在水循环流动阻力

较大的左、右冷水壁加装回水引射装置,提高了水循环的可靠性,保证锅炉安全、稳定运行。

●热效率高

①布置足够的受热面,使燃烧放出的热量能够充分被受热面吸收后传导给工作介质,排烟温度一般在160℃

左右。

②合理布置前、后拱,提高炉膛温度的同时,加强烟气在高温区的扰动,减少了化学不完全燃烧热损失和

飞灰损失。

③采用活络芯大块炉排片,并保证有足够的炉排有效面积,在提高炉排运行可靠性的同时,保证煤充分燃

烬。

④对流管排由顺排改为错排,通过提高传热系数来提高传热效率,进面提高锅炉的热效率。

通过采取以上措施,2t/h~8t/h(1.4MW~5.6MW)的各种锅炉热效率均为76%~79%,高出国家标准要求.

●采用双侧进风,单独风室,单独调节,燃烧稳定,运行可靠。在炉膛出口出口设置烟尘惯性分离装

置,使锅炉原始排尘浓度低于1800mg/Nm3,配合高效多管除尘器,锅炉排尘浓度满足国家一类地区要求。

●结构紧凑,2t/h~8t/h(1.4MW~5.6MW)均快装出厂,安装周期短,投资少。

●上锅筒Φ800改为900,加大蒸汽空间,同时改善汽水分离装置,保证蒸汽品质。

SZS系列锅炉SZS series boiler

采用双锅筒布置的D型结构,燃烧器垂直布置在炉膛前墙。上、下锅筒间的对流管束为竖直管,属于自然循环,为典型的自然循环水循环高可靠性结构,它具有高度的自补偿、上升下降比例自动分配特性,因而水循环安全可靠。对流管束极大地增加了锅炉的蒸发受热面,可以将省煤器入口烟气温度降低到较低水平300℃以下(详见热力计算汇总表),这样可以方便的布置省煤器受热面,保证省煤器安全。同时因为采用了大量的对流管束受热面,锅炉具备较强的超负荷能力。

锅炉采用全膜式壁炉膛,与上、下锅筒及对流管束形成稳定的整体结构,锅炉本体承压部分、钢架、保温、炉衣等在厂内全部组装完成,整体出厂,节省了现场安装周期。
