摘 要：近年来，贵州省地质矿产勘查开发局树立大地质大服务理念，顺应地质工作发展形势，主动谋划、抢抓机遇，围绕生态文明试验区建设开展了一系列地质工作，从人才结构、产业结构、技术装备方面，都已基本具备了服务生态文明建设、实现地质工作转型升级的基础能力，推动了地质工作的转型升级：(1)围绕贵州发展生态利用型产业，实现地质工作转型升级，包括围绕服务旅游业发展、服务山地特色高效农业、服务发展天然饮用水产业的转型升级；(2)围绕贵州发展低碳清洁型产业，实现地质工作转型升级，包括服务发展清洁能源产业、服务新型建筑建材产业、利用贵州省地质科技园搭建创新平台实现转型升级等；(3)围绕贵州“青山、蓝天、碧水、净土”四大工程，实现地质工作转型升级；(4)围绕基础设施建设和城镇化建设，实现地质工作转型升级。

Abstract: In recent years, Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development Guizhou Province has adopted a series of measures with a view to promoting geological progress. For example, they have fostered a notion of big geology and service, adapted to the developing situation of geological work, made plan proactively, and seized the opportunity. These efforts have made them have the basic ability to serve ecological civilization construction and realize the transformation and upgrading of geological work from the aspects of talent structure, industrial structure, and technique and equipment. The specific methods for realizing transformation and upgrading are as follows. First, they should develop ecological industry, including tourism development, mountainous characteristic agriculture, and natural drinking water industry. Second, they should develop low carbon and clean-type industry, including developing clean energy industry and new building materials industry, building platform for innovation by using Guizhou Geological Science and Technology Park. Third, they should develop the green mountains, blue sky, blue water, and green land engineering. Fourth, they should develop infrastructure construction and urbanization construction.
