【摘要】背景近年培训和发展麻醉专科护士,对麻醉护士进行资格认证的讨论日益增多.部分医院也开始设立麻醉护士岗位,但目前就麻醉护士的培训模式、资格论证以及使用管理等方面均未达成共识. 目的在分析国内外麻醉专科护士发展与培训现状基础上,提出与国情相符的培训模式. 内容主要通过对国内外麻醉专科护士发展与培训现状的综述,指出我国发展与培训麻醉专科护士的重要性,并构建一种与我国国情相适宜的培训考核模式供实际参考. 趋向培训和发展麻醉专科护士有利于规范麻醉管理,提升服务内涵,促进麻醉与护理学科协同发展.%Background The discussion on development,training and qualification of anesthesia nurses has recently become increasingly popular.Some hospitals have begun to use anesthesia nurses,but consensus on anesthesia nurses training,qualification and management have not been established.Objective This paper reviews the development and training status quo of anesthesia nurse,and set up the proper training model.Content This paper included the following parts:the summary of the status quo of development and training of nurse anesthesia; the importance of development and training in anesthesia nurse specialists in China; the training and evaluation mode of China.Trend Training and development anesthesia specialist nurses
